Lovely old building, good produce and atmosphere.

A lovely spot just by the river - does amazing value set menu as well as al la carte. The beef capaccio is fab, as are the wood fired pizzas and the duck.

I do trust TripAdvisor so I had high expectations of here. On entry the place was busy and the welcome friendly. There were 4 of us and we all love a curry. It turned out to be a 50/50 split night as two of us thought our meals were good,( Chettinad and a Bhuna) while the other two described their meals ( the Shashlik and the Tamasha) as very average. Not fantastic, not bad just somewhere in the middle

Brunch visit just after midday., short wait outside - but well advised about time and offered free Tea for warmth (along with heat lamp burning away) I had the Grill up Almost my best ever breakfast But the sausages were a bit grainy Everything else amazing Would go again 9.5 out of 10

Two slices of white bread, a tablespoon of prawns, some salad. A take away sandwich. £5.40. Need I say more. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

We all had such a lovely visit to the WILD GOOSE today. The food was tasty and our servers attentive. It was a busy Saturday but still delivered our food timely. It was busy in the shed and quite atmospheric. My first visit but will most certainly be back. Thank you!

Live very close and have been many times without my dog which were okay. Visited with dog I got very rude lady approach my table, pointing me at me telling me they weren’t welcome. No mannors. Just abrupt and rude bar staff. I think it was a manager so.. Do not visit if you have dogs. They hate dogs there. The managers think they can be rude, aggressive to people with pets. Just visit any other pub in Canterbury, they all like dogs and you won’t be abused.

Great menu, plenty of choice. Enjoyed three stunning started, so filling that could not manage all of the main course - which was also tasty. Good wine range and everything great value for money. Not too busy so able to catch up with friends. Have always had a positive experience here

Nice ambience and friendly staff. Bagels..... But little else on offer. That said my crushed avocado 🥑 and smoked salmon was spot on. It just needs a menu that offers more variety..... Quiches, Homemade Soups would be great additions. Located in The Old Town Hall. Fully Licensed and Coffee/Cake for afters.

Great beer. Lively venue. Very affordable. A space for all ages and incomes.

What I ordered was not tasty. Please try to make the food as close to home cooking as possible. Meat had no taste - probably precooked and thrown into curry base and heated.
