The best restaurants in Preston Park Brighton and Hove South East

Nos detuvimos un domingo mientras pasábamos. No estábamos planeando comer, pero el menú parecía increíble y el olor de la cocina era una locura. Teníamos una variedad de platos y todos estábamos sorprendidos por la calidad. 4 muchachos muy felices, volveremos.

Amazing tasting menu & cocktails at The Cellar restaurant.

La comida de 5 platos era delicioso y muy creativo. Cada plato era excepcional, pero de particular atención, me pareció que el bogavante y el posset para estar en una clase propia. La langosta era por una milla el mejor sopa de cualquier variedad que he tenido y el posset era ligero, refrescante y perfectamente equilibrado. El paladar tiene que ser el mejor relación calidad-precio/experiencia de calidad restaurantes disponibles. El paladar es de visita obligada si te gusta el marisco

Driving into Brighton, I noticed a large sign directed me to a little coffee shop on the left, after an hours drive. A coffee was well needed, before a shopping trip. Was so delighted to have found this little gem of a coffee shop, they had lots to offer, local handmade sausage rolls, delicious brownies, doughnuts, even pick & mix mainly vegan which I loved! The coffee was a local brand, it was lovely - made to perfection, creamy and fresh. The shop itself, is super cool, lots of quirky little things to keep your eyes busy whilst you drink your coffee, even a tv to watch friends on! Lovely atmosphere with chilled music. Staff were so friendly and made my visit even more special. Very helpful in directions and recommendations for places to visit in Brighton. Will definitely return here on my next trip into Brighton :)

I have always an amazing experience at this fish &chips in my neighbourhood. The food is every time absolutely delicious, especially the fried fish and the service always top-notch very friendly. Staff are very attentive and made excellent recommendations. My favourite place for takeaway.

I’ve deducted a star because the acoustics are so stressful (it probably didn’t help that there was a group of shouty blokes during our visit who managed to drown out the cool background music). However the food was innovative and delicious (we went for the vegan dishes), and the service fast and friendly. I would definitely consider returning if the ambience was a bit cosier. P.S. some cushions on the hard benches would be nice too. Update: the owner has said he’s doing something to improve the acoustics, so we will try again soon.

Friendly staff and absolutely delicious food! We had chai latte and some toasties. The Chai Latte was delicious and the same can be said about the toasties. An unexpected delight to stumble upon

Quality food, that is always cooked perfectly. Lovely people that run the cafe, always friendly and welcoming. Very much recommend!

If they have it on the menu, go for the Bajan Rum Cake. It is so good it should be illegal.

Exceptionally average Sunday roast. Nothing green on the plate. When questioned just told they didn't have any. The London Pride was horrible. Overall poor. Don't need to go back again.
