Love this place! I go fairly often for lunch as it's not overpriced and the food is yummy. The soups and stews on offer are delicious 9 times out of 10 (slightly inconsistent but the majority are great). Specials change regularly and are usually plant-based. There are usually vegan cakes and pastries too. The team are always really friendly and there are good vibes :) a chilled-out place to grab a drink and/or some nice food. Also a business which facilitates social good which is great to support.

I know the cafe is a lot of work and stuff and we get really tried and stuff it's because life is like a challenge from the both of us but the truth is that it's like a big happy family and I wouldn't even change a thing about them it's because instead off team domenica why not we call it team grace it's because off the greatness in the world so we can shine like a diamond in the sky with the golden stars like a moon at night x

Enjoyed the bacon, cheese, bbq sauce & salad garnish toastie washed down with English breakfast tea. The homemade cakes also looked amazing. Good service, friendly staff & liked the bright decor - was tempted to take home one of the large flamingos! Maybe have spider plants/herbs on the tables rather than the plastic stuff. Will be back.

Really liked this place - very calm and had friendly staff. I had the advocation sandwich and tea and thought it was better value than other cafes I. The area. Good quality too.

Visited the cafe located at PlusX (Lewes Road). Fantastic, friendly and professional staff. My toastie was delicious and a very generous portion too. The chai latte washed it down perfectly! Just what was needed on a wet and gloomy day. Thank you! Great cafe for a great cause. I will definitely be visiting again and spreading the word.

Lovely smiley positive vibe. Delicious sandwiches. And then OMG the apple crumble. A slice of heaven on a plate. I think it’s a PLD job training type thing which kind of makes it even betterer.

Nice Café with pretty decor. You can sit outside but the road is quite busy!

We stopped by on our walk with the dog. Coffee each and shared the most delicious lemon drizzle cake.... 5* and would thoroughly recommend... (lady in the shop was super lively too)

Great place to come for food, very reasonably priced, I often take my son here because he has special needs and it is a great atmosphere and environment for him be in, The staff and especially Emma is very friendly and helpful and always makes everyone feel welcome, Always look forward to come back every other week.

Amazing place for lunch. My partner and I took our children here today. The Macaroni Cheese was so cheesy and delicious. The children loved their sandwiches too. Great value. Walk from Prseton Park if there with children and eat here rather than in the park itself.

Been popping in to this little gem, since working on the traffic lights at Preston circus. The staff, Emma Becky and Charlie are very welcoming and the service is first class. The coffee is great, along with the cakes. If you are in the area pop in, you won't be disappointed.

Simply love this place, it's so cosy and welcoming. The food is delicious and much cheaper than in most other places. You can just relax and enjoy your drink and food in very warm atmosphere. And at the same contribute to an excellent cause! Great job, Team Domenica!

They have a branch in Hove library but the main cafe with a bakery is at Preston Circus. With WiFi and lovely Charlie to take your order. Try the smashed avocado with a twist on sour dough bread. Lovely flamingo mural. Highly recommended. Go, go. Go!

While its undeniable that i come for the amazing food, very reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere; I stay as it is amazing to watch the students develop their skills, confidence and friendships, arming them to be more self reliant, resilient and just plain happy. It's the highlight of my day, and the great food is a bonus...

I’ve visited Cafe Domenica a few times but usually just for delicious cake & coffee. Yesterday, we decided to have our lunch there and chose the vegan brunch. This turned out to be an excellent choice as not only was it a very healthy option but also a delicious one. Aside from the fact that Cafe Domenica is a fabulous project helping young people find work, it also provides excellent service from the preparation of the food to the delivering of it to our tables. If you are looking for a delicious, reasonably priced lunch in a warm, inviting atmosphere then give Cafe Domenica a go

Lovely food and drink, and such a forward thinking, positive business. Its a shame I wont go back in because of the incredibly rude, ill-mannered staff ( one in particular, I think she is the manager(ess). I was wondering if it was personal or if she was having a bad day but, no its been a few times now and having read other reviews I can see I'm not alone in this experience. She is letting her business down really which is the worst thing.

The cafe is lovely. Good coffee and food. They also sold incredibly cheap plants. Definitely going back.

Love the concept and I'm anyways supportive of a social enterprise. The coffee is good and the decor is different to competition in the area. So many great coffee shops in the area, and this is another of my favourites. Love the mega comfy sofa!

I love this place! Quirky thoughtful decor, great menu, delicious food and really attentive, helpful staff. As a bonus, the cafe supports a charity which gives work experience in the catering industry to young adults with learning disabilities. What is not to like?! Highly recommended.

This place is so warm and welcoming. Very clean, great friendly service and an ethic which is beyond reproach.

Excellent food, drink and friendly service. Ordered a cheddar and chutney panini which was gorgeous - and the best coffee (cappuccino) I have ever tasted!

We visited Cafe Domenica and were impressed by the range of food available (vegan, veggie and non-veg) and the decor...flamingos! The menu had snacks/starters and main courses and there were drinks and cakes on offer too. Our vegetarian dishes - vegan breakfast,(excellent range of tasty items including hummus and guacamole) - and leek and spinach frittata. The coffee was also very good too. We bought cake to take away and the portions were generous. The staff were obliging when I asked for a piece of bread to mop up my breakfast; it came quickly and without a murmur. Altogether an experience worth repeating very soon. The atmosphere was relaxed and I am sure they would welcome diners of all ages.

Lovely space, nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of room and accessible for prams and wheelchairs. The tea and coffee are very good value. Food is really good. Always a selection of cakes, some vegan and gluten-free. It's nice to see people with Learning disabilities working and being supported in such a pleasant environment. Thoroughly recommend!

Yummy food, plenty of delish cakes and a vegan brunch to die for. Support a place that trains our young adults with learning disabilities build their skills and confidence, resulting in employment. Walk past Costa and Starbucks and choose somewhere that IS making a difference ☕🍰🍩🍮🍳🍔🍜🍧🍵

Good coffee, teas, drinks, snacks with fresh healthy soups, salads and light lunches. Great place on Preston circus run as part of a project for people with learning difficulties. We'll worth supporting for the excellent food alone.

Lovely place to enjoy a cuppa. Helpful, friendly staff and a warm welcome. I'll be back!
