Food always great here. Had a bacon roll today for lunch. Great value. Staff very friendly. Very reasonable prices.

Wow, this cafe is probably my favourite. First class service always, never a bad day. Coffee is amazing, and everything is great value for money is second to none. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing!

Absolutely spot on would recommend this place to everyone are 3rd time here and decided on roast dinner£12.99 with a glass of wine or soft drink they also do take out so got my son a roast to take away

Venue is a nice small cozy spot in a back alley with chilled music. Sadly we ordered food and it arrived cold. We sent it back and it came back slightly warmer. Offered no apology just a shrug so that was a shame and ruined the experience.

This is the second time that we have visited this lovely place , and it was as brilliant as the first time. The Manager and staff are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They do all their own baking on the premises and the hot chocolate is amazing. It is situated next to Booth's at Windermere train station. When you're in the area you must call in, they also have activities in the evening , ie board games, Celtic nights etc, and absolute gem of a place

Had a fabulous lunch with friends for my birthday. What an ABSOLUTE hidden gem this place is! (I recommend that you save space for cake after lunch too, trust me, you'll be glad that you did!) They love dogs, and even have doggie sausages! There's a large outdoor area too. Thanks to all the staff there, they were wonderful. ... And thanks for my birthday candles too (you're never too old). Qué excelente lugar. Sin duda el mejor salón de shisha en la Milla y en la ciudad - en ningún otro lugar se puede comparar. El servicio siempre es insuperable y hace cualquier otro lugar en términos de profesionalidad y calidad tanto del servicio como del producto. La calidad de la shisha aquí es siempre consistentemente excelente (nunca una shisha que ha decepcionado en los muchos años que he estado viniendo y en la rara ocasión que he ido a otro lugar nunca han sido tan satisfechos). El personal es increíblemente bien entrenado y atento. Los otros salones de shisha realmente podrían aprender una o dos cosas de Al Qaza. ¡Bien hecho a Faz y a todo el equipo!

Our daughter got married here on the 1st of August what a beautiful beautiful wedding venue we were so lucky with the weather everything was perfect. The food was amazing and Mark was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole wedding planning process and on the day. Thank you thank you it was amazing!
