Fantastic service and the quality of the shisha is fantastic. The price is very good aswell. We ordered our shish and drinks and before we sat down, the drinks were already there and within a minute, the shisha was there. They change the coal regularly without being asked and all the staff are attentive. They even open the door for you as you leave. Best shisha place in Manchester by a long way

My friend and I had to order another shisha as the one we had was very harsh and not getting fixed. We called the coal boys over n over and explained to them the shisha is off - they kept insisting it was the way on which we were smoking it. We smoke shisha every week and know how to smoke it ... being told its cos your a woman is just RUDE. We paid for another one with no discounts or anything considering they knew we had issues with the first .. went for another flavour and guess what ... harsh in first 5 minutes. We just left and wont ever return .. shisha is definitely a rip off flovours which die too quickly and customers are blamed. Plus it was sooo cold. Not coming back !

The shisha tastes like dirt, the customer service is disgusting, the staff are rude and mannerless, and the bearded guy was just filth! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They charge extortionate prices for low grade rubbish! Reasons why their Bradford branch shut down and you never see a single person in the Leeds one! Disgusting

I’m a regular at Al qaza wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my weekly fix. The service is bang on I usually have my sheesha before I’m even sat down!!! The food is exquisite. Literally the best thing they did was open the restaurant. You can’t go wrong with food and sheesha. But the main attraction is getting to see Fergie every week. Always welcoming with his big open arms. After a long day at work fergies smile makes you forget about how rough it was and makes you look forward for what’s to come! Awesome place I would honestly recommend it to anyone.

Decided to try this place as normally go to Antalya but fancied a change. So glad we did, top notch service, so attentive and great prices, plus excellent music!! Will be back!

Firstly I have been a regular customer at al qaza Manchester for the last 4 years. I’ve always rated the shisha now that they’ve started doing food is even better because I don’t struggle to go anywhere to have food separately. Me and my friends are really happy with the service, never had any issue with the shisha always been on point. The food is just above and beyond. Never had an issue with anything best customer service and attention to detail. I have and will carry on recommending it. By far best shisha and food on Wilmslow Road 👏🏼👏🏼

Best shisha on wilmslow road by far! Love the newly added restaurant delicious food, excellent variety and so convenient not having to eat elsewhere. Brilliant friendly atmosphere throughout the shisha lounge as well as the restaurant, with brilliant customer service and attention to detail. They are always on hand to change the coals without having to ask. Highly recommended!

Been to a lot of different lounges but can say Al Qaza has been the best, service very quick shisha out by the time you've sat down, an recently started serving food as well which is very good so would highly recommend!

I have been going to al-qaza for many years now. I can honestly say they go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with my experience every time. There are little faults to highlight with there service. Even when it is super busy the staff and management are always available to provide a good service whether its drinks or desserts. You will see for yourself how quick your order comes out. Highly recommended.

I’m from London and when visiting Manchester to see my partner we have been to Al Qaza a few times now. The service and hospitality is absolutely amazing, normally shisha Lounges in London only pay attention to you if you are a large group! From the minute we walked in we were made to feel so welcome, constantly checked on, so didn’t have to keep trying to get someone attention to change coal, The guys were so friendly and accommodating to any request and not to mention the shisha and the desserts were amazing! Would pick this place over a shisha bar in London any day! Thank you for such a lovely experience and amazing shisha!
