Food horrible. Poor fish was killed for nothing, no seasoning, quite terrible really. Wouldn’t go again. The woman working gave me a dirty look when I took an extra fork in case my original broke, bare in mind the forks were flimsy pieces of wood. She also asked me to pay 25 pence for a fork which is ridiculous. Would never go again. Clevely’s trip ruined.

Very disappointed on this occasion. I have been ordering from here for a few years now but i won’t be doing again. Made an order last night for delivery. After over an hour it had not arrived so I called them to explore. They hadn’t even started cooking it yet. I appreciate businesses can be busy at times but this delay was unreasonable and there was also no communication to us to inform , or even advise of delay on initial order. Really poor customer service. I wouldn’t say avoid it but I’d say get some assurance of delivery time expectation before you start looking forward to a imminent meal!

We have been using Lee Garden for 16 years now. Usually, the food is amazing, definitely the best around. But now it's disgusting. The fried noodles were soft and slippery and resembled a tub full of worms. They had no flavour whatsoever. The chicken fried rice was bland and again not fried, more like boiled chicken rice. The curry sauce was watery and salty. And the prawn crackers were stale. The only decent thing about the food was the chips which I am thankful I bought because at least we had something to eat. Most of the food went in the bin. And it cost a fortune. Definitely won't be eating here ever again.

Cleveleys has been a favorite day out location for myself and my wife since the Covid lockdown ended in 2020. With overseas holidays severely restricted we just jumped in the car and headed to the coast and Cleveleys was on the list. 6 miles from Blackpool it does not appear to be swamped with tourists but has fantastic beaches and relatively new promenade which is brilliant for walking, cycling, great for kids on bikes & scooters etc. You can walk to Blackpool in about 2 hrs and also to Fleetwood same distance with excellent promenades to both destinations, both excellent walks and trams available to bring you back to Cleveleys. Cleveleys itself is a busy town with plenty of eating places, pubs & bars, cheap & mid range with tourist shops, M&S express etc this is not a stylish place with great nightlife and high end bars etc but it is a great old style seaside town, great for young kids who want sand, sea, plenty of open spaces for games and chips!. There are plenty of cheap places to eat, plenty of takeaways, try Bean's Bakery for pies, cakes etc brilliant old fashioned tasty foods!. Overall, Cleveleys is a great place for a day trip or holidays for young families not wanting the noise & cost of Blackpool, its close enough to visit if you want. Love it!!!

Out standing customer service. Even though I played the slightly awkward customer wanting the straight glass . Had a lovely snack meal with the drink . I ordered with different bar staff ,and each one was so curious and pleasant it’s restored my faith in going somewhere and enjoying every minute of my meal . Highly recommended Jack

We've been ordering online from here for years and it's always gone just fine. Easy to order, friendly delivery guy, lovely pizzas. The rest of the family have ordinary pizzas but I have the gluten-free pizza due to Coeliac Disease. They do the best gluten-free pizza ever! I've tried every other pizza place for a decent one an almost had a party when I tried the Papa John's one. A decent one at last. Then today was amazing! My daughter accidentally forgot to switch out the ordinary crust for the gluten free one. We phoned Cleveley Thornton (Lancashire) in the hopes they hadn't already made it. They had already made our pizzas and were about to send them out (that was really quick as always) so we said okay, thanks anyway, goodbye. The guy said to hang on, went to speak to someone and after a moment someone called Paul came to the phone. He asked if the gluten-free base was just preference or due to allergies. My daughter told him I can't have gluten and he immediately offered to make us a second pizza! They made a second pizza gluten free just for me and still delivered the other one so we ended up with a free pizza. We only know Paul from a less than five minute phone conversation but we are now all in love with the guy! They obviously didn't have to made a gluten-free one after our mistake. It was our mistake and yet they put it right for us. They went over and above. Three cheers for Papa John's (and Paul!).

Very disappointed with my visit to the Cleveleys store. First of all the new self serve machines. Awkward and somewhat difficult to use, making changes to order was impossible. Didn't show the correct menu so unable to order what was wanted. Second of all the food. As mentioned above not all food was shown on the self serve so wasn't able to order what was wanted. What we did order had BLACK COLOURED HUMAN HAIR on it. After looking through to the back, not a single person was wearing any sort of hair protection be it hair net or beard net. Thirdly staff. Not enough members of staff around. Noone was keeping the seating area clean and tidy. The 2 members of staff behind the till area were too busy chatting away and looked put out when asked a question. Finally reward scheme. I have always been able to use my reward app at this location but since going self serve you no longer accept it. Why have an app you can't use? All in all an extremely disappointing visit to KFC. Get rid of self serve or atleast give the option to order at a till. Implement proper hygiene standards and make sure they are always used. Make sure staff are customer focused and not just chatting away. Sort out your rewards app or just get rid of it. I have previously been a 'mystery shopper' and believe me this would not have come close to passing anything. Im not looking for a voucher or a bog standard apology from a template, I want actual action and things doing. As it stands I'm not thinking of going back to Cleveleys KFC for the foreseeable and will be informing others of my experience aswell.
