We have been using Lee Garden for 16 years now. Usually, the food is amazing, definitely the best around. But now it's disgusting. The fried noodles were soft and slippery and resembled a tub full of worms. They had no flavour whatsoever. The chicken fried rice was bland and again not fried, more like boiled chicken rice. The curry sauce was watery and salty. And the prawn crackers were stale. The only decent thing about the food was the chips which I am thankful I bought because at least we had something to eat. Most of the food went in the bin. And it cost a fortune. Definitely won't be eating here ever again.

Me and my family have had Lee Garden’s Iconic takeaway for 25+ years. Authentic flavours and vast menu. Yes, there are new owners, but, I still see the traditional meals as they once were, incredible and flavoursome. The beef is always tender and the traditional sauces divine. The beef in black pepper sauce is truely incredible as with most of the chow main dishes for my person preference with the eclectic flavours!. Any minor or ad hoc bad experience shouldn’t put off as me and my family have used this place for over 25+ years.

tried again sfter a few weeks of the new owners, odered sweet and sour chicken snd rice. Was half way though eating it when I got a fishy tasting piece, spat it out and it was a king prawn. I then cut up the rest of the chicken to find thst 2 more of them were prawns. Luckily I am not allergic but this is not acceptable. Sorry but you have now lost a very long standing customer.

Have been getting my Chinese from Lee Garden for nearly 20years and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was always consistent and very tasty! After a good few weeks of closure it has opened up under new management (this is not advertised anywhere on the shop front!) The chow mien we always get was completely different- no vegetables, no bean sprouts, no onions and was bulked up with way too many noodles. The chicken pieces were also a very dark colour and very soft. Uniform pieces as though they were processed. Extremely disappointing meal and I will reluctantly be looking for another Chinese takeaway. They have lost another customer.

been going to Lee Garden regularly for over 20 years. They re-opened last week after several weeks closed for holiday. However it seems to have new owners and now has new chef, new menu, new staff and the food was sadly nowhere near the previous standard. Im hoping this is just a blip but if not, then sadly I will be going elsewhere from now on☹️

Changed ownership this month. New owners new chef, tried to keep the existing menu and recipes. It's not worked out well at all. The sauces were laced with salt, binned 3/4 of it. Absolutely devastated as I've been going for over 20 years and it was by far the best chinese in Cleveleys. Sadly no more. Happy retirement for the old owners.

We can in at the weekend have been going to this takeaway since my late teens a very long time, was slightly disappointed to hear at the weekend that if you wanted extra chilli or garlic which is what the dish consists of you would be charged a £1 for each! Come on Lee Gardens really??

We will not be going again had a banquet for 2 prawn toast hard, chicken balls were also hard and chewy. Our mains were awful snd went in the bin rice burnt, curry sticky snd loads of oil in it, sticky beef was rubbery. It all went in the bin a waste of money disgusting food .

I purchased two separate meals and we shared the fried rice as normal. My OH is fine today but I am not. I woke up after a restless sleep to a room spinning and a feeling of nausea. I retched so much my stomach now aches. I cannot keep anything down not even water. It was either the sweet and sour or the chips. I had not eaten for about 5 hours and so presume it to be the food. We will never know but I'm never going back to this takeaway in Cleveleys.

Been visiting Lee Garden for years. Ordered a king prawn foo yung and chicken in black bean sauce. Really disappointed tonight that I had 4 measly king prawns in it. Also a lot less chicken😢 I know everyone’s feeling the pinch at the moment but you put your prices up and we get less prawns and chicken?! Sort this out Lee Garden !

I have been a regular cudtomer for many years. Never had a bad meal. The girls are very good and always make you welcome with a smile.

Tonight i bought a portion of salt and chili chips, egg fried rice and 2 portions of crispy chili shredded chicken. The food came to just under 17 pound and it was awful... egg fried rice was cold dry and no egg to be found... chips were tasteless with a couple of onions... the chicken was tasteless, dry and over cooked. Awful meal and not worth the money, put me off getting takeaways as nowhere seems to make food passionately... i didnt speak with the takeway directly because I didn't see the point as i couldnt return the food anyway... most of it was binned

Used this establishment for a long time now and the food has always been excellent 👌 Service is great and cheerful staff. Can highly recommend this Chinese 😃

We`ve had numerous takeaways from Lee Garden and the thing that stands out most of all is being consistant. I always have a Beef Curry from here and it`s always good, not quite hot enough for me so I add some extra curry powder, the curry is probably not the best I`ve had but as I say, they`re very consistant. My wife usually has a Special Fried Rice and again it`s good and the other great comment I can make is that the portions are always good and quite large, in fact we usually end up freezing half of our order and having it a couple of weeks later. We have during the pandemic had all orders delivered and usually in 30 minutes we are sat down eating our meal. Pre-Pandemic we always rang through and placed our order and we then went to collect it, usually around 30 minutes and it was always ready when we arrived. Basically, in my opinion it`s a good takeaway, food is good, large portions and reasonably priced.............what more would you want.

They girls are always lovely and more than accommodating, the food is the best i have ever tried and they are never late even on the busy days. I myself am a picky eater normally and their food is to die for! Seriously recommend.

Duck is my usual order , but I have never had it from Lee garden before. The lady on the phone said that it has a bit of batter on, but I didn’t think anything of it. But when I opened the tub it was drowned in batter and tasted grim. Didn’t see the need of deep frying duck or what ever they did, it ruined the duck and I wasted 9 pound.

The food is always delicious and hot, service very efficient and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I’ve been coming to this restaurant with my boyfriend and family for years and it never disappoints! The duck in black bean sauce is proper duck chunks, no processed horrible stuff! The salt and chilli chips are to die for! The staff are always lovely and always more than accommodating.

Salt and chilli chips are great,beef curry fried rice fine,but the H and S soup is really weird,more like the sweet and sour sauce with chicken strips,mushrooms and veg added...Have to elsewhere as the soup is my favourite Chinese...Ah well

Bee curry beef was chewey no mushrooms just onions chips not goog curry sauce was ok.Alot of beef but had to chew my way through it iwould not use this takeaway again.

We are regular customers for years it never has let us down on food quality/ quantity and value. Would not go anywhere else anymore having tried a few others on and off.

Living in Cleveleys for many years & trying many Chinese take-aways. Lee Gardens is by far the best, quality of food & quantity is excellent as too are the staff. We would have no problem recommending this particular one.

The first dish I had here was Roast Pork with Fresh Mushrooms which was delicious. I've made a few poor choices, like when I orderd the salt and chilli chicken with chips.The battered chicken pieces were stale and chewy, the chips were fine but I ended up throwing most of it away. Their pancake rolls are really nice and their mini chicken spring rolls are to die for. Again, I found their Sesame Prawn & Chicken Toast a little stale. I had Mushroom & Chicken soup and the last half of the soup tasted like dishwater. So, it's quite mixed reviews from me so far.The service is friendly, efficient and quick. Every time I go in and order it's a ten minute wait - tops. It is also markedly cheaper than other Chinese takeaways in the area.

Been coming here for many years, no other Chinese in the area compares to it. Best salt and chilli everything and the curry sauce is perfect

I tried lee Garden as a lot of people say this place is amazing how disappointed was I 😭 it is over priced crap the rice was brown and looked old, the curry was tasteless really really disappointed with this place

Visited this take away - had King po duck and special chow mien - both really good and not greasy . Waiting times can be long but that's because it's good .

A short distance away from cleveleys center circle around for car park space Had chicken curry was good ,cooking slightly different good menu worth a visit

As a regular customer to lee garden I can only say it's the best takeaway in the fylde coast as far as I am concerned never had a bad meal yet and I've eaten my way through the menu staff are excellent as usual good prices and believe me I have tried most Chinese takeaway in the fylde coast. you have to try to believe.

Never had a bad meal from Lee Garden, always superb! Visit quite often and never disappointed once! Salt and chilli chips a must!

My 2 sons and I had a takeaway from here last night. Food really good and very good portions, I will agree with a previous reviewer about the colour of the egg fried rice but it was very tasty. Will definitely use this takeaway again.

Tried most chinese takeaways in the area and this one is the best, we had chicken satay, special fried rice, salt and chili chicken all the dishes were really nice, massive portions and it was cheap.

Great food,plenty of choice,excellent service and reasonably priced.If this was a sit down place i would never be at home !!

We've been going to Lee Garden for some time now - before the owners changed over and always really enjoy the meals. The last visit we had a curry, duck satay and a chow mein. The only fault I could say is that they were a bit skimpy on the meat portions, packing it out with veg. Otherwise, good.

We ordered some food from the Lee Garden for the first time tonight and I wish we never had! After waiting 30 minutes for the food which is understandable as it's a busy Saturday night we took our food home which takes 10-15 minutes. After opening the bad we realised they had not included the salt and chilli chips in the order, after trying to phone for 15 mins there was no answer so decided to give up. I opened the egg fried rice which was a weird dark colour and it was burnt, dry and practically inedible. The battered chicken was tasteless and it was just overall not a great meal.
