That was awful so much so we gave the meat to our dogs. A donna kebab with meat on a salad and a hard pitta bread not even sliced but thrown on top as an afterthought is not what was expected. My husband had the chicken and it was hard as rock. Disgusting and we wont be buying again

Absolutely terrible pizzas save your money bogof I'm. Not surprised so cheap arrived cold dough not cooked properly hardly any pizza sauce and paid for extra Doner on hubbys none on there tandori chicken it defo wasn't completely tastesless floppy pizza give it wide birth it's that bad ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ we both feel sick

Place is a dive! Told food would be 10 minutes and when I got there 15 minutes later the rude guy behind the xounter barked it’s not ready yet! Ok. I worries but don’t be rude about it! I walked out to wait outside and his little smack h**d pals in the shop who I assume where his cronies or drivers said something so they got a mouthful!! Rude rude and more rude! Wouldn’t recommend at all - food isn’t even that nice for the prices! I don’t mind having to wait if they aren’t rude and their little sidekicks don’t but in with rude and frankly BS comments Save yourself some money and time and get a butty!!

There are many other kebabs shops in Blackpool clevleys and fleetwood but non compare to lili Italian the food is very good and flavour full as us all ways the stars Please let my family go

Absolutely disgusting . Ordered food for delivery twice in last few weeks , always Saturday night , no problem . Ordered tonight , payment processed & taken , then receive message saying order cancelled as we live too far away , 2.8 miles ????? But you have delivered before ?? . Ring the shop & told that they are too busy tonight & nothing they can do about it ??? . I now have to wait 3-5 days for refund & order elsewhere. Customer loyalty & service ??? Forget it !!! Happy to take your money when not too busy . PLEASE TAKE NOTE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE , IT’S A GAMBLE…. PAY YOUR MONEY BUT YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT .

Chicken wings incredible. Pizza looked good but tasted very stale, the dough itself was not nice. Normally really enjoy the pizzas from here but the last few occasions it’s not been good at all.

We always go to Lilli Italia and the food is usually top notch! Tonight was a huge let down.....we had a plain burger and a cheese burger. The meat has changed to thick grisely meat with lots of fat and very chewy!? We only ate a quarter of it. It's put us off ordering again. (I hope they have not bought cheap meat to save on costs as it shows sorry)?

We have had a take away delivered from Lili Italia many times. It always arrives very hot, the order is always correct and its great food. The selection is really good with a wide range of pizzas which are all buy one get one free, the burgers are always piping hot and the kebabs are lovely served on either pitta or naan. Highly recommend

First off sorry for no pictures. We called in tonite for food as its the last day of staying in cala gran caravan site we had buy 1 get 1 free. Two 10inch plus bottle of coke £12 odd i had a meat lovers and misses had something else was nice i enjoyed it. Tbh if we come back again we will call back the boys seemed tidy to the service was good happy.

I am working in the area until the end of September and was recommended this Kebab house, very clean looking open kitchen, very polite staff and friendly staff. The kebabs are the munchie boxes are suitable for two people. All in all excellent!

Great meal s usual it as I'm waiting for my food the delivery driver comes out with a meal and drops it every where. He then just shoves it all back in the bag and goes on his way. He seemed very drunk. The in house staff seem great but this delivery driver let's them down x

Went for a kebab after a night out big mistake they think everyone is pissed or maybe it’s just the norm I paid £19.90 for a mixed kebab and a cheesy chips and a portion of kebab meat in a tray they charge extra for all sauces and I asked for well done meat and it was nearly raw they where very quiet now I know why .food not nice very expensive and service crap won’t be back just trying there luck with locals they are a disgrace place looks clean but look closely and it’s not

Got fed up of hotel food so decided to try this take away. You get what you pay for and can’t complain about the food. Staff seemed nice in collection of food and kiddies enjoyed the pizzas.

Many places to eat in Cleveleys so competition is big, Lili Italia has some good offers on food and a fair menu to choose from.

Been many times before, but last 3 orders have been pants!!!! Just paid 4.60 for a chicken kebab.... When opened it looked pathetic in the polystyrene tub it was minute... And also on a poor poor pitta bread rather than nann as ordered. Seen as though I'm a nice other half I will share my food and never order from here again. Gave them the benefit the first 3 times... After using this eatery for several years, the service has been great until tonight. Our food was 25 minutes late. After ringing them back they said the food would be free of charge. When the driver asked for the money I said you need to ring your boss as the food was free of charge. He then decided to use volguer language towards myself. Do not use this place

Just don't even think about here. Terrible all round. Can't express how bad. Delivered food late, driver must have got hungry because it as half eaten.

Placed an order I requested no cheese on the garlic bread when the food came there was two pizzas not a garlic bread so I rang to be spoken to by a rude man saying I hadn't specified I didn't want free pizza not garlic bread when putting NO CHEESE ON THE FREE GARLIC BREAD clearly states what I wanted so I asked for the garlic bread as the pizza was no good not wanted so they brought REPLACEMENT WITHOUT THE FREE BOTTLE OF POP THEY HAD STATED YOU RECEIVE TO only for them to have burnt it can't be eaten pathetic If you want good food don't go there I would advise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordenados en comer solo y tengo que decir que el servicio de lili italia fue horrible. Chaqueta de patata era dura como un ladrillo y climatizada en mayo (cuando tener climatizada mayo sin hacer mal) pollo seque todo era horrible. Llamamos a recuperar el dinero y me dijeron que llame a comer solo después de la mujer en el teléfono era discutir con nosotros diciendo que no había sido pagado estaba a comer solo! Después de llamar a comer solo y lili italia varias veces y 2 horas más tarde que todavía estaba discutiendo con el personal en italia como lili que no nos reembolsará si no enviaron un conductor para recoger y que no era, pero después de todo esto y casi 2 horas y media más tarde me enviaron un conductor! ! Todo lo que puedo decir es que el servicio de atención al cliente necesita mejorar o que será el negocio y espero que pronto, así que podemos decir adiós a mal llevar la basura que te pondrán en el hospital! ! El propietario de este establecimiento debe enviar a todo el personal de servicio al cliente y cursos de catering, que faltan todas las habilidades! ! ! ! ! Aléjate, ORDEN DE OTRO SITIO!

A través dieron dos pizzas comer solo. Tardamos una hora pero no nos importó en absoluto. las pizzas era cálido y sabroso pero muy grasienta.

Been visiting here for two years, food delicious, staff friendly and quick service.Also incredibly cheap, with a buy one get one free pizza deal! If you visit them often enough they also throw in a few freebies now and again :)

Excellent pizzas at a very reasonable price. Quick delivery to your door. Much better value, and tastier than the 2 big names in the area!

It was very nice! The burger was very scrumptious and there was a generous amount of chips. The only disappointment was that the salad on the burger was rank! It had the texture of a wizard sleeve in the rain. The onion were slippery and made the bottom bun soggy. Overall a good meat sandwich, but don't order salad, a 4 out of 5 buttons from me

We decided to try Italia after having a couple of drinks in the Jolly Tars ( Wetherspoons).We ordered a small chicken kebab and a doner with lamb plus a portion of fries. The meal came to £13.30. While we were waiting for the meal to be cooked a male member of staff came to talk to myself and my wife boasting how much money he was making. On numerous occasions he stated he was the delivery man and not the owner, which seemed strange considering the amount of money he was holding in his hand, at least £1200 he stated.Anyway back to the food. Well the least said the better. The kebabs were a joke the sauces tasteless and the chips soggy and tasteless.This must be the worst place I have visited for a takeaway.

I have used this takeaway delivery service a few times through the Just Eat app. The takeaway is open fairly late and the delivery is very efficient. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of food is good for what you pay. The first time we ordered we were very impressed with the free drinks we received for ordering over a certain amount. When we recently ordered we got more than we ordered. I don't know whether they'd messed up or again was a free gift, but we received an extra pizza. The pizzas a lovely and seem very fresh. Lots of toppings to choose from including the basics and some more exotic.Will use again when I want quickly prepared food.

Got the order wrong, ordered two kebabs and two burgers they put mint sauce on burgers and ketchup on the kebabs, what the hell are they thinking, also asked for garlic bread but they sent garlic bread with cheese which my little ones don't like cheese, two mhargerrita pizzas were just tomato ketchup with cheese on and the bbq pizzas were vile, I would strongly advise ordering anything from this establishment it was disgusting.

Had a leaflet through the door decided to give it a try Ordered at 5pm for 6pm arrived on the dot best kebab for a long time fresh salad kebab meat and lamb was succulent.will definitely order again

4 times in a row now ive ordered kids meals which claim to come with a drink and lollipop, every single time they supposedly 'forgot' the lollipop. This is the 4th time this has happened and my kids are absolutely devastated! They have been experiencing unbarable pain and sleepless nights for weeks on end because they did not receive these lollipops. That is borderline child abuse, how could they promise kids a sugary treat and let them down to the point where there hearts are broken. Ive had to refer my kids to councelling because they are too traumatised about the lack of lollipop. By the end of my kids main meal they end up regurgitating everything through the gut wrenching disappointment, i hope they dont treat their own kids like this or a call to social services may be in order!

Ordered a couple of pizzas tonight one extra spicy calzone ...,, ??? Total lack of heat Infact a McDonald's would have been spicier.. Called back to ask what happened to he chillies and what a surprise... No customer service ... They said it's totally your problem and we don't care.... So lesson learnt don't go there!!!!

We always go here for a treat. The service is quick and easy, the food is out of this world, Great kebabs, Pizzas.etc.
