The best restaurants in Wirral North West

Ordered sunday roast for deliver.It was delivered cold at 3pm as we didn't want to eat it until 6pm. I heated it up in microwave and the gravy on the stove. It was delicious and plenty of it .I will definitely be ordering again

Fist visit yesterday 10th September what a great place . Coffee and toast excellent and a good price, whole cafe spotless. Staff very friendly , will definitely call in again .

We ordered noodle with sweet chilli chicken. Noodle is too overcooked , flavour is terrible. Tastes liked burned And chicken … there is no real chicken but just fake nuggets chicken. Foods are from tin. I don’t understand why people in Birkenhead buy junked and trashed foods and give best stars. Honest. It is terrible food!!!!

Delicious ice cream and friendly lady ‘Diane’ serving it Ice cream made by her husband . Will definately visit again in future.

Absolutely magical! We stayed for ages and the pianist stayed with us the whole time, even though we were the only ones there! I had the a wild mushroom risotto and it was fantastic. The starter freshly baked warm bread with tomato, olive oil, salt and pepper was to die for as well! Definitely recommend it. A magical evening I won't forget.

Always my first stop for a meal when returning home for a day on the beer. Great service, really friendly staff and very good value.

Oakseys used to be a regular when I working, now retired I went back with an old work colleague. Had the old usual full breakfast large. As good as I remember a huge belly buster of well cooked and presented breakfast. Great service from friendly staff and brilliant value for money.

My full review is in the Hotel review - we were exceptionally well treated. This is still a special event restaurant but if it were to be fully available as an open restaurant to all I think it could do great business.

Think this place is not in a good area it's bang loud noisey and by a residential area my girlfriend works long hours on certain weekends and struggles to sleep with this place being open. It should be open in the city centre of Birkenhead were its no were near houses/flats. I will be complaining about this its in the wrong place. Am surprised no one has complained about it who live near by.

Rude staff,The prices for a meal deal with no snack are the same as everywhere else that supply a snack, I had the Mexican chicken wrap, there are about 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it, I also had a chicken bake that was served from the hot counter freezing cold? Never again Gregg's.
