The Bierhaus in Wirral

Think this place is not in a good area it's bang loud noisey and by a residential area my girlfriend works long hours on certain weekends and struggles to sleep with this place being open. It should be open in the city centre of Birkenhead were its no were near houses/flats. I will be complaining about this its in the wrong place. Am surprised no one has complained about it who live near by.

Was closed when we went past at 6,so adjourned to the excellent Storm pub nearby.Locals told us that the Bierhaus opens around 7 so we toddled back then,were the first in so very little atmosphere. However the beer was good and we would probably return against to try it when it was busier.

This bar is very similar to many small modern bars in Germany. It is not the same style or atmosphere as you get in a traditional Bavarian Beer Hall. That said it is a nice bar with a couple of German beer types. It would not be out of place in Koblenz or Munich. We have had a few nice visits on summer days when it is great sitting outside with a beer just like the German bars.

Came here last year with the lads on a pub crawl. As we were at the halfway stage of our day we ordered a few pizzas. When enquiring what flavours they had, the gentleman serving replied "I can do you anything you fancy". The cheeky so and so ran over the road to the local Iceland to buy them. When my pizza landed ten minutes later I remarked that it tastes fresh out of Chicago town. Luckily he was a character of no spine, and couldn't obtain any payment from us.

Didn't eat here but really enjoyed the night, music is spot on, atmosphere was great, beer was good and very few divvys

Great little bar on Price street.This is just a wonderful pub. Great german beers served in rustic surroundings by very pleasant staff. This is a cool bar with a great atmosphere. We went and loved the fact it was different from the norm,getting big steins of beer sat on wooden benchers.. Opening hours are 4pm till midnight Thursday & Sunday and 4pm till 1am Friday and 4pm till 2 am Saturday,closed Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday. Well worth the visit

popped into the Bierhaus with a mate on our way home from the match, seemed a little strange to have a theme pub in this location, but it looked nice. one sip of the house bier and im hooked. a reasonable £3.50 a pint and seriously cant compliment it enough. looking to book the place for an upcoming birthday, highly recommended.
