Riviera Cellar Restaurant in Wirral

Fist visit yesterday 10th September what a great place . Coffee and toast excellent and a good price, whole cafe spotless. Staff very friendly , will definitely call in again .

ordered food and it took about an hour and a half to come. When it came toast was literally charcoal! we asked for no tomatoes in breakfasts and they put tomatoes in 2 of the breakfasts also asked for mushrooms and they didn’t put mushrooms on. I called and had to speak to 3 different people who kept taking the phone off eachother and all were very rude didn’t resolve my problem told i was going to be waiting ages because they were busy even though it was there fault and they continued to say just get a refund through just eat. Never ordering again! Hash browns also had green inside 🤢

Cash only. You can eat in, pick your table and then place your order and staff will bring your food, they have tables outside and in. Or you can order takeaway. Nice food, I'd go again. Staff are friendly

Absolute disgrace! A starter for 4 had 2xpieces haloumi, 2xborek,2x sucuk, 4x pieces of bread. No salad. £21.50 Meal Sarma Bayti Kebab: no rice or yoghurt as advertised!! £14.95. We were ripped off. Will DEFFO not be ordering from here again!! Go somewhere else! £34.04 and will need to make a sandwich later!!!!!

We had a cheeky date night tonight. The staff and ambience were lovely. I had the curry platter and husband had the beef stew - both were delicious. A special commendation to the apple crumble. We will definitely be back - cheers x
