Ordered food at 22.20 - order accepted. Order cancelled by Zennys at 23.00 (40 mins later when the order should have been delivered). Order shouldn't have been taken if they couldn't complete - I could have ordered from elsewhere.

Very good pizza i try the prosciutto pizza and was amazing Chef let me try a bit of pasta and i really suggest they also do a deal on pasta

Been to Waterfields for past 4 weeks to buy a quiche for my sick mum. Each time i have sat outside till 10am to wait for them to come out of the oven. Last week i asked could i order a quiche for 9.15am every friday. A big note was put by the till with my name,time and order . Today i arrived as arranged but a lady inside put her 10 fingers up which i assumed meant 10 mins sat outside again, went back 10 mins later lady came to the door and told me they were closed until 10 which meant i would have been sat outside for 1 hour. Explained i had arranged an order she told me she knew nothing about it. And could not serve me till 10. Even though i was on caring duty for my mum. So i can only assume they dont need my business even though i buy other things whilst in there. Wont be going again EVER. My money spends anywhere.

Having visited this place many times during the past 35+ years, we visited this evening (30th April) for a few drinks. Unbelievably, the Barmaid was the rudest and most unpleasant we've ever encountered anywhere. Frankly, she needs to be dismissed as she is not doing this establishment any favours whatsoever. Even if she's had a bad day, or has some personal/bodily issues, she is clearly in the wrong job and needs to be sacked with immediate effect. We fully understand that this place won't go under without our occasional visits, however, we will NEVER set foot in there every again & will spread the word to our many friends & family. Good riddance the Hop Pole.

Delicious food, very good portion sizes, we were stuffed with plenty left over. Great value for money, and great service in these busy and unprecedented times. Keep up the good work!

Some staff in there get your order wrong on purpose and they don’t seem to care about it and they don’t even attempt to apologise or sumit and some staff have got bad attitude too and this is not the best McDonald’s really up to now but sometimes it used to be

Its been a while since anyone reviewed this pizza & kebab takeaway. I started using this place a year ago and as a takeaway its good. Friendly, fast service and well cooked tasty food. Not tried the pizza but very happy with the kebabs!. The kebabs are well cooked, tender moist chicken and usual tasty donners. The menu is extensive with various kebab options and extras. Overall, reporting as I find, this is a good takeaway, never had a bad experience so happy to recommend.

Food is amazing from here. Said will be 55 minutes and it came within 20 mins
