Always great service in Cheadle Hulme... on this occasion by the wonderful Alex.

No small prints on the menu. Order the set menu for two meals. Then i was told at the bar I have to sit inside to eat the meal as the deal is for not outside. I ask what is the reason for this on the phone next day, the reason is because they are short staffed. Then the phone rang again from the aviator explaining no the staff member did not stay they are short staffed. All my phone calls are recorded. The staff on my phone recordings said they are short staff and can't walk a extra 2 meters outside to bring your food. Pure laziness and bad attitude on the phone. Won't be bringing my friends or family here. My first visit as well with family. We all left after one drink.

Had a lovely meal at miller and carter Heaton chapel, Alex was our server and was so friendly and made a fuss of my father in law who was celebrating his 80th birthday. Alex is a credit to miller & caret and I would definitely return due to her friendliness.

Popped in today to meet a friend. Ordered the wagyu beef burger with chips and slaw and it was amazing. Fresh and flavoursome. Will definitely return. Service was quick too especially considering it was close to closing time.

Impossible to sleep in. The rooms are gorgeous, the place is stunning, and the staff is truly amazing, but whatever is going on with the heating system is absolutely vile 😩 The walls sound as if they have turbines and micro explosions at night, kept being woken up by it

Quieter tonight for a Saturday but there was a lot going on at other venues. Still a good night good beer and no trouble.

Called in on Easter Monday for a quiet brunch/lunch. Decent menu with Breakfast and Dinner options. My partner had lamb shank which was OK, I had the Lamb sizzler which was really nice. Finished off with a coffee and cake, they have a great selection of cakes, I opted for a chocolate truffle which was delicious.

The band weren't there very disappointing trip

This place is just one stop away (Heald Green) and 3 minutes on the train from Manchester airport. Then a 5 minute walk. Good traditional Indian food. This is our second visit and has been just as good as last time. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Food is very good and served hot. Half the price and twice the quality than anything we’ve ever found at the airport.

The Greedy kabab is out of this world, the chicken shawarma is the best I've tasted ever to date, not found any other better in 20yrs

Really enjoyed it here. We ordered a starter and a main. Very friendly staff we never felt rushed to eat. Clean place. Very enjoyable experience.

I visited the cafe for a brief meeting with a client. Due to being on medication and having a hospital appointment later in the day, I wasn’t able to eat or drink anything, and my client doesn’t drink coffee. We ended up getting caught up in our conversation and, admittedly, didn’t order anything — something I take full responsibility for. However, I was really shocked by the way the situation was handled. The staff member on duty chose to publicly call me out in front of the entire cafe, stating loudly that I hadn’t bought anything. I immediately apologised and offered to place an order there and then, but was instead told to leave. I completely understand the cafe has policies, but the way it was addressed felt extremely unprofessional and embarrassing, especially in front of a client. I’ve never experienced anything like it and felt very uncomfortable with how the situation was handled.

Great pub, nice food and friendly, no picture of my Sunday dinner sorry or the little plates but they were very nice
