Awful. Where do I start? Firstly, we were a large group that had both pre-booked and pre-ordered. When we all arrived, a platter of bread and dips were brought to each table (four in total) including a table of two where two children were sat. Naturally, as no one had ordered these, we assumed they were complementary, but couldn’t flag down a waiter to check. Incredibly, once the bill came, we found out they cost £30. What a scam. Second, they tried to charge me extra for a vodka. The printed menu says £4.50 whilst the receipt said £5.50. I doubt most people even notice this so imagine how much extra is being paid by people who don’t inspect the bill. Thirdly, the houmous is dreadful. I have no idea what they added to make it taste so bad but multiple people commented on how awful it was. Fourth, I tried to pay for my food and drinks separately by card but was told no because “people are still eating”. Of what relevance is it that people are still eating if I’m not and I’m not ordering anything else? I want to go, so let me pay? And fifth, as we were leaving, one of the men - I assume one of the owners - spoke to one of the young female waiting staff like dirt. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last restaurant left open in Leyland.

More interested in outside deliveries than people eating inside.They kept opening door it was very cold.

Unfortunately the order was incomplete and incorrect, called them back to which they spent 10mins arguing amongst them self's. Got no where American hotdog in picture

The food was lovely, the staff were great and the pizza/pasta offer is great value. Would recommend :)

After hearing positive reviews about Franco's I decided to book a table for a works party. Not really realising that the seating area is pretty small and having booked a table for 17 l was a little apprehensive about where we would all sit and how the staff would cope with such a large group in a small space. The staff were absolutely amazing and on form with everything. Even right down to last minute changes with people dropping out and others joining, they took it all in their stride. The food was beautiful, freshly cooked full of flavour and all came out together. Thank you for accommodating us you guys were all amazing. I would highly recommend Francos for a meal out. 5⭐️ service and food.

First time ordering since the golden phoenix was destroyed by the new owners, I was a little skeptic about ordering as I like to ‘stick with what I know’ however i couldn’t live in the past anymore, now I ordered my usual with high ecpectations? Not only was those expectations met but they exceeded massively! My ONLY moan is there wasn’t enough sauce but then can you ever have too much sauce ? My delivery time was near as dam perfect, I don’t like orders that arrive 10 minutes after they’ve been placed, food was hot enough to burn the roof of my mouth and my dog won’t stop drooling🙃 overall the is the best Chinese takeaway in leyland #10/10 #noodles #chinese #perfect #squidgames

Was really disappointed. Had to go and ask someone to come and wipe our table which was sticky. Waitress was not happy, I said thank you twice and she just ignored me. Had a cappuccino which wasn’t a cappuccino (it was a self service) perhaps machine wasn’t right. My son asked for a rare steak and got a well done one.

Great warm welcome and service throughout to me, my family and 2 dogs. Great value and quality of food and drinks. Clean and spacious. Really enjoyed it thanks.

Amazing food. Recommend to Italian lovers. Affordable prices. The two lovely girls serving us (Hayley and Hannah) were fabulous, very kind, hardworking and made us feel very welcome. Thank you girls for making our night special!!!! Xxx
