I ordered spicy garlic bread got i dunno a quarter dry crispy bit quarter tomato , quarter cheese n garlic n a quarter tomato spicy what I actually wanted lol the chicken was nice but sauce was bland unfortunately didn't really taste of anything i got chicken stroganoff but came really quick like super quick

Best meal ive had from francos and it arrived 15 minutes later after i ordered (i do live a min away) hot and delicious , was top notch

The delivery was early and forgot to bring 2 deserts and 1 drink, then when we decided to eat what had been delivered, a strand of some fibre was found in one of the dishes and that put us right off eating it. Had to order from some where else, I won’t be back to Franco’s terrible experience

Without a doubt the best place for food in Preston. Both myself and my partner adored the food and the dough balls were to die for. This will definitely be our go to pizza place from this point forward. Can not recommend Francos enough

Went to get ice cream after a walk in the sun … what a rip off !!! Bought 2 ice creams and the girl serving didn’t even do a full scoop it didn’t even fill any of the area ontop of the cone it was a very measly stingy scoop .., We ended up paying £7 odd for two ice creams that looked so pathetic for money …. Wont be returning… save your money and just buy a tub of expensive ice cream at supermarket 😉 where you will actually get taste of some ice cream and enjoy it

really wanted a spaghetti bol but received a dish full of spaghetti no bolognase in sight very expensive for just spaghetti

Second time I’ve ordered. Great with allergies & lovely food. On the second order though the gooey pudding was supplied as a frozen pudding and I’ve no way to heat it up!!! The goujons were very hard. The pollo was delicious again.

By hignfar the best pizzeria in Leyland. Amazing dough, well prepared pizza from pizza man with real ingredients. Great Italian pizza- very well done. Place itself- it’s kind of mixed feeling - something between takeaway and Italian restaurant- maybe separating the place into two would benefit? Will definitely come back- it’s great and hidden gem in Leyland. Happy to recommend to anyone- keep the real thing please!

Absolutely beautiful pizza. Loved them all. We had the Salami, the Caterina with rocket and the meat feast. Also the mexicana garlic bread as part of the free offer which was epic. Fantastic service and will definitely return and recommend. Just for info it's cash only but no issue and can also pay via the website if need just not by card. We didn't have any but the ice cream looked great too 😁👌

We had a takeaway tonight from Franco’s. Wow, amazing food, delivered hot and fresh from the oven. Wonderful pizza bases and loaded with quality toppings. Thank you Franco’s. 🇮🇹🍕

Did someone kick my food down an alleyway?

A fantastic little restaurant. Warm and friendly, no frills place for an evening. It is a cafe/ ice cream parlour by day also. 4 of us had a fabulous meal, pizzas, pasta, and a chicken dish with bruschetta and mini pepperoncino to share as a starter. All of it was delicious. All washed down with some very quaffable house wine. The prices are extremely reasonable, by far the best value for food this good and especially wine, that I have come across in a long time.

1st time ordering and will Not be the last. Food was beautiful, portion size was fab and it was delivered on time and still hot.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place, I love it and been several times. I feel like I’m in Italy, love the open kitchen and everyone is exchanging conversations with each other some in Italian it’s just wonderful, and to top it off you have the owners Angela and Franco and believe you me they don’t come better than them two. We have always enjoyed our Francos delivery we used to go to the restaurant regular when it was at the old police station before it closed the new shop is expensive but the free garlic bread you get if you spend over 20 always makes it worth while. This evening to our great disappointment we never got our garlic bread with our order I rang the shop explaining that we had not received one to be argued with by a staff member saying only orders done over the phone direct with the shop entitle you to the free garlic bread I tried to explain this has never been the case before and I was made to feel like a liar and rudely told that if I’ve received one in the past it was by mistake . Well I’ve had multiple orders through Leyland eats and always spend over 20 pounds so that’s a lot of mistakes when eventually our food came I was very disappointed it was cold and not worth what we paid for needless to say after the way I was spoken to I won’t be ordering again !!!

First time ordering here and I’m a tad disappointed:( food had barely any temperature, although you can tell it was freshly prepared! Chicken goujons were nice! Even cold, sad I couldn’t have more of the pizza!! Will have to dine in next time!

the garlic mushrooms were really delicious and hot, the garlic bread was good but only just warm unfortunately. Also I ordered a bottle of Merlot to drink with the food but I got a bottle of warm red frizantte. I didn't realise this until I'd opened it.

Pizza was amazing. Dough balls were lovely and spicy, strange that they put them on the pizza however the taste was awesome. Delivery was a little late but the restaurant called to let me know, which was good of them. Will definitely order from here again.

The pizza and garlic bread was cold, the bottle of coke was warm.. the chips were spot on as we're the bbq wings and goujons but other than that i wouldn't pay 53quid again for cold pizza and warm coke.

I ordered again from Francos because last time the dough balls were so memorable. Today ordered the nduja dough balls again, a cheesy garlic bread and the wild boar and goats cheese pizza between 2 of us. Plenty of food, came ten mins earlier than expected and it was all absolutely mouth watering. So refreshing to have a takeaway that doesn’t just meet expectations but exceeds them. Best Italian 🙏🏻

Ordered two meals that we ery low quality for 40£ the lobster pasta was.. horrible the order came with the sauce all spilt andbthe driver said sorry for the damage dropped a burning hot bag burning my hands and left

This was honestly the best pizza I've had outside Italy. Fresh and authentic base with great quality ingredients on top, which you can see being prepared via the glass counter. The staff are friendly and the smells inside the restaurant are incredible as they cook their delicious food. We had the Hawaiian pizza with added garlic and chilli and sheeps livers, with a side of fries. Everything we ate was fresh and tasty and I can't wait to come back.

👌🏻 chef’s kiss. Delicious food delivered piping hot. Obviously hand made food using fresh and flavourful ingredients as it should be for all Italian food, even down to the little pots of garlic butter dip delivered with the dough balls. cannot recommend highly enough and i am incredibly fussy!

The worst service I live 5 mins away and delivery took 2 hours so I refused fair to ssy moment had passed!

Disappointed this time! Forgot chips (this is all my little girl eats so she has no tea) no ham in dough balls and chicken wings tasted burnt! Had a delivery before which was great so maybe it’s not as good at weekend when the restaurant is busy!?

Takeaways are very good, and the coffee and ice cream are welcome after a long walk to earn them, if you eat in the food is excellent.

Bit disappointed. First time I had ordered from them and don't think I will again. Lasagne was quite tasty but could have been hotter (temperature not taste), garlic bread was thin and dry and barely warm and Tiramisu was lovely - once it had defrosted fully!

Terrible costumer service, took 20 minutes to arrive and ended up with food poisoning from the calamari do not recommend.

Ordering was easy on just eat. This is our second order recently from Franco’s as we were so impressed with our order a couple of weeks ago. All the food ordered was hot and delicious.

Early delivery which is always appreciated. Meatballs with pasta was good, I’ve had this before from the same company so I knew the recipe wouldn’t have changed. Garlic bread was excellent. Cannoli was purchased to try, it was pretty sweet but a large portion. Good for sharing with someone else. Pretty annoyed that I was charged £1.90 for a can of San Pelegríno orange and received a pre marked can of Fanta that was priced at 75p. Complained to just eat so will see if I get the difference refunded.

We’ve ordered for a few years from Francos, including prior when they were called La Corte, and supporting them throughout lockdown. Since they became a takeout only service they consistently got our orders wrong. We gave them a one last chance last weekend, but they again left a main meal off our order. After we called they said they couldn’t get a driver available for another 20 minutes, plus the travel time on top. When we declined and asked for a refund for the missing food they told us no, we would have to return the food we have to get a refund, which was just a ridiculous suggestion. Eventually I managed to get them to agree to refund the missing food, however two weeks on we still haven’t received any refund from Francos. The good is great, which is a shame, I would avoid ordering online.

This restaurant is a new find for us, second order and food was superb again. Delivered quickly and piping hot! Thanks guys

Got 6 scoops of ice cream two different flavours to takeaway was put into one little tub and mixed together even taste lemon ice cream what I didn't order due to mixing spoons I also ordered a milkshake what they whipped together in seconds was a bit of a disappointment and didn't feel good value for money

Slightly disappointed this time to be honest! Pizzas were good but the tiramisu wasn’t like I’d had last time and it’s frozen. It’s an hour after delivery and it’s still frozen now. Smaller portions too from previous. We only got one to share as last time one portion was huge. Shame really.

The pizza was nice. The garlic bread arrived cold and very thin and so crispy that it crumbled when pulled apart. The calamari was cold and soggy and the tortellini was cold also. Very disappointed considering how much it cost.

Food was fantastic, possibly the best cheesy garlic bread we’ve had for years, and chips were even crispy on arrival, which is hard to get right. And each of the pizzas were *chef’s kiss*. Delivery was a touch late, but at peak time on a Saturday night, that’s completely understandable and acceptable for us.

Total waste of money. For the ridiculous amount of money that take out cost the food was pretty much inedible. Goats cheese pizza was ok but uncut & cold on delivery. The stroganoff was tasteless with very cheap tasting meat, fries over cooked & salty. Certainly will never order from here again. Food was on time.

Ordered twice from Francos absolutely amazing food each time, this is now my favourite take out!!! Try it you will not be disappointed.

Disappointed... Dough balls were an add on (not topping) with the pizza so found it bizarre that they were actually on it... the Calamari should never have gone out the door, they were pale and chewy, coating was soggy and seemed very underdone so were inedible..
