Disaster. Smelling old oil pizza

It's an okay pub but it smells of mould since their basement was flooded, needs sorting out.

Terrible service, waited over an hour snd a half. Shocking!!

Been using Jade Garden for years ordered chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce last night and this morning have been constantly in and out of the toilet without going in to too much detail exploding, not used them for a while and don't know if it's changed owners or not but won't be using again now....I'm hoping it's a 24 hour thing but I can't be too far from the toilet at the moment. Chicken was very bland as well they have definitely gone downhill!!

One star is too generous. 45 minute wait for absolutely rubbish food. Staff just look through you while you wait. People walking out because they only get half hour dinner at the hospital spending 25 minutes in a queue without getting anywhere near being served. This used to be a great chippy but now it’s one of if not the worst

Poor experience, my wife ordered a vodka and coke. Coke was flat and the vodka was definitely not Smirnoff. We used to come here some time ago and was always a great place to go for cocktails, what a shame.

Paid for my order got a text saying order is cancelled and I won't get a refund avoid them there scam taking money and not refunded me avoid!!!!

Breakfast I had was quite nice and the hot chocolate (from a machine) was the chocolateyist one I've ever had. £2.50 I thought was a little pricey but then realised it's free refills :/. Would recommend

Great food, steak n ale pie, actually cooked not microwaved. Beer cold, ok, more than one, atmosphere warm, credit to the staff and the two landladys that train them. Will be back. 10/10

Ordered churros on just eat, absolutely disgusting. Dripping in oil, rock hard, no flavour just pure oil.

When they ordered my food it was cold I try to get back in contact with them they are not answering I paid over 20 pound for it and the food so cold and they are not answering I demand not to order from them again

Ordered two milkshakes one was Oreo which wasn’t mine and one was Nutella, I don’t know what’s so hard about making a milkshake that is correct as only ordered two but instead of Nutella I got kinder bueno, wouldn’t of been bothered if I wasn’t allergic to gluten, but the store apologised they didn’t even ask if I was ok and said next time write in the notes you are gluten free.
