The Grapes in Salford

Been using Liptes for years but tonight I was left with a bad taste. I ordered the mixed kebab because on the website picture it looked good but what arrived was nothing like it. I called and the member of staff conviced me I had ordered correctly. It would not of filled me so I was offered a tray of donner meat that I had to pay for and it would be sent out straight away. Guess what.....it never arrived. Sorry about the poor reveiw but it was deserved.

Good service treated me very well

Delivery is fine but as others have said the quality of the pizza is the issue. I got an XXL and the base was spread to thin resulting in it becoming very oily with a large crust from the dough spread incorrectly. I would stick with dominoes the quality is much more consistent.

I visited KFC recently, and while the food was great as always, the service was unfortunately disappointing on the drive thru.The staff member taking my order was quite rude. I had to shout my order because she claimed she couldn't hear me, and when I asked if their system was broken, she dismissed my concerns, saying it wasn't her problem. It's frustrating to receive such poor service, especially when the food is consistently good. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
