Usually go here quite a lot but tonight I bought 2 kebab's on Nan. It's usually okay here but the nan bread was thin and absolutely rock hard I ended up throwing it away, what a waste of money

Had a lovely afternoon̈ tea in pleasant surroundings. Excellent value. Could have done with a bit more variety on the sandwiches. Staff are wonderful

Absolute worst customer service EVER! Tried to place a large order of starters and mains for 11 of us but couldn’t make out one section of the menu. The girl refused to read it to me, then she read it that fast I thought it was one big meal! She then Told me she was too busy to speak to me and to order the meals I knew. It’s gone so down hill this place, it was amazing before they sold it. Can’t comment on the chef but if she’s the front of house for the place, steer clear!! They just passed on a £200 order because she couldn’t be bothered. The Chinese is Norden is miles better!

I was one of a group of walkers who popped into the Hopwood Arms for drinks after a 4 mile walk around the Slattocks area of Middleton. We were welcomed and served with a smile.

Pedimos 2 tés tostados y un sándwich de tocino que era enormemente caro y nada especial, el servicio fue lento y solo había 3 mesas. No me apresuraría a volver.

Horrible experience, the staff is not using any gloves, instead the sweaty staff preparing food with no gloves. That was disgusting that much I could not even think to swallow. Quality of food was not better, fries like silicone after spending long time in the fryer.

Good doner & proper chippy chips.

Worst ever takeaway from Ali’s tonight. Sorry to say but after 20 years ordering from the village’s oldest takeaway I won’t be ordering again. Soggy samosas, undercooked naan, lack of salad on kebab and cardboard chips that tasted like they had been refried! Such a shame as this place used to be great. Is this the death of an institution??

I got salt & pepper chicken with soft noodles and collected from the restaurant. Lovely and friendly service, barely a 10 min wait, they did what I asked (no chilli and no onions in the noodles). The chicken is gorgeous, crispy coating, perfectly cooked chunks of chicken, flavoursome and a good portion. The noodles were nice enough, they're medium thickness, I usually ask for the thin noodles but I totally forgot to ask so that's on me. I got a free portion of prawn crackers which were lovely, light, fluffed up and crisp, although some were a bit oily. First time coming here and will definitely go again 👍🏻

Poor parking, long queue, staff abrupt, tables full of cups and dirty. Tables hogged with kids on laptops ripping off the free wifi. Not the best if I am honest, staff more concerned with chatting and servicing the drive thru

Good quality breakfast just a little small for me and the toast had no butter but taste wise really nice

Just full of rubbish. The workers were NOT wearing any hair nets and when I got my food I saw hair on it. Plus I think the food was mouldy because I saw black spots on the burger. There was sauce squirted on the floor and there was flies flying around. Also when they asked me if I wanted to donated to charity they looked at me with a side eye because I said no
