Starbucks Drive Thru in Rochdale

Poor parking, long queue, staff abrupt, tables full of cups and dirty. Tables hogged with kids on laptops ripping off the free wifi. Not the best if I am honest, staff more concerned with chatting and servicing the drive thru

Waited 45 minutes in the drive through queue, no apologies and when it came to ordering they were out of cold brew, oat milk and cream. Again no apologies and the guy serving us was very rude. When getting our drinks the order was wrong. The iced latte with extra shot was without the syrup we asked and paid for making the drink so bitter it was not drinkable and the white iced mocha was filled half way with more ice than liquid. £10 waste of money. Do not recommend this Starbucks for a Saturday lunch treat 👎🏼

So I went to the Rochdale Starbucks drivethru on 29 April 2023 around 10pm and the lady serving me was extremly rude and although they didnt have the latte I wanted I choose an alternative. The lady serving me had put my order down as a cold drink. She was so rude when I corrected her it was a hot drink not cold. All she kept saying was "I confirmed the order" with the most disturbing attitude. ( I would have corrected her if she did confirm it was a cold drink). I've been to other Starbucks and the service and staff in the Rochdale one have far been the most appalling.

Smells so nice in here. Delicious coffee smell and even the men’s toilets bizarrely smelled really clean and nice. Good vegan options.

The rudeness of the staff I experienced in this store has put me off visiting starbucks ever again! They were rude and their faces made sure we knew they were disgruntled! The coffee was average at best and clearly the days gossip was more important than serving their customers! Won't bother again in the future!
