food came crushed and sliced improperly

Ordered half and half pizza and received all of the same which defeats the object of ordering .. I then had to pick all the Pepperoni off for my grandson which basically left the base.. what a waste.. positive was the delivery guy was lovely and the pizza was nice just not what I ordered ..

Normally love the pizzas here but recently they’ve been getting my order wrong every time. I get a vegan pepperoni pizza, last time they added mozzarella rather than vegan cheese and no tomato sauce what so ever and the time before they’re was 1 pepperoni per 2 slices. Not happy. The service is getting worse too.

The pizza quality has way downhill lately. I don't normally leave negative reviews but I felt I needed to as this place needs better quality control.

Just tried a pizza from here and it was awful. Tasteless, consistency was revolting and it looked anemic. Never again.

Food was very nice, as expected from domino’s, ordered a pepperoni pizza and didn’t have to wait long, only problem with food was that they didn’t have the new creme egg cookies 🤷‍♂️ service was great, lady behind the till was very friendly and there was no issues at all. Finally, the restaurant was clean, tidy, spacious, and most importantly, had the fresh smell of pizza. 10/10 for me would definitely come back here

Ordered from these guys a few times and they never disappoint Especially admired the quality of service Aden provided. Super professional and knowledgeable on all the deals and prices.

Served by Salina tonight she was absolutely wonderful. Give that girl a raise she's a credit to the company! Gave us the best deals she could bless her and really went above and beyond to make our treat night special! All with a smile. Love this domino's and will always keep coming back. Great food and great staff x

The Domino's pizzas in Rochdale has poor quality; management should address this issue. My partner and I had a basic pizza, and it was awful. The toppings were greasy, sliding off each slice like a poorly made homemade pizza, and to top it off, there was uncooked chicken that made me feel sick. It's a franchise just follow the instructions to the letter. You better off go to the Heywood Domino's best pizza in the whole Manchester.

Really felt sorry for the guy working alone, rushed off his feet at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes over time it said it'd be ready but couldn't be helped. Should have more staff. Guy was friendly. Food was still good.

Aviod the chips. You only get about 12. Daylight robbery

Pizza was terrible cheese wasn't on base and there was no sauce on it it was like a burnt cracker with melted cheese on it that just slipped of the pizza

Not good at all, pizza arrived burnt, dry and inedible! Attempted to contact both the store and domino’s customer service and didn’t get a response from either. Will not use again

Just spent over £100 on pizza from here, the driver had us stood in the doorway going through our order bit by bit because he had no clue what was ordered, taking things back that were given by mistake and giving things to us that we ordered, they missed multiple things off the order and by this time our food was cold. We rang to reorder our pizza and the still missed multiple items on the second attemp. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Can't fault this chain of Domino's. Every time we order it's been hot and quick. Additionally, when we came back from Glastonbury we ordered very late at night and I forgot to ring to ask if I could have vegan cheese on a meat pizza (the app doesn't let you have both!). When it arrived, they took the pizza back and got a other out to me free of charge within half an hour no questions asked. Great service!

Always consistent with the great quality. Domino’s over Pizza Hut or papa johns any day!

Not for the first time was not as ordered, never bother with extras as they always seem to get missed off, also get random bits of others pizzas, lucky we don't have any food intolerances. No point complaining to the staff as it falls on deaf ears. Such a pity as dominoes from other branches have been superb.

Seriously do not go here guy wiped the sweat off his forehead whilst making the pizza and carried on making it without cleaning

Lovely food from here and rarely make a mistake. Only thing I’d say is, order food when it’s not peak times as the quality drops a bit with them being busy. I always collect after ordering on the App…always use the App for special offers!!!! Would have been 5 stars but they don’t do the Double Decadence base, must be a franchise choice as the Middleton branch do it.

Terrible customer service from the ‘manager’ although I doubt he was, the food was 45 minutes late and was missing a slice or 2 from each box (5 boxes) not only do they steal food they re heat old food even food taken back of customers!!! Beware from this branch

The best Pizzas, even better when the offer is any size pizza for £6.99 when you collect!!! I really appreciate the text messages I get telling me the offers. Really fast service this last time, piping hot & tasty. Fab!!!

Paid for a large pizza, was handed a medium. They tried to convince me it was a large in a medium box. All the toppings were on one half of the pizza… no refund offered, they offered to swap the box which is just hilarious. I left to avoid a confrontation: avoid!

The manager is very disrespectful and has swore at me and has been racist towards me on multiple different occasions. I disagreed with him and so he told me I was stupid and had no education, and then proceeded to say the same about my uncle. In addition to this, I found a hair in my pizza not too long ago.

Manager touches everything and makes the pizza without gloves. Too loud for my liking. Customer service sucks. They're little children with no manners.

We payed extra to have Pepperoni on our large Pizza.we had half each and I was lucky and got two small slices on mine my husband got one.the cheese was had to spot.what has happened

Went to this store on the 22nd January 2022 at around 6PM and made an order for 2 pizzas to collect. The wait was extremely long, around 50 minutes, which is just unacceptable. We were also unable to pay by cash. We had no issues with the quality or the taste of the pizza, but customer service could definitely be improved!! The waiting time means I can only give 1 star.

I ordered pizza from them, and find out the cheese was not well cooked, called them and told them. But they are soooo rude . Not a good customer service at all. Never going to order from them anymore 😕

if customers are buying the ham and pineapple pizza please enter the pizza as a create your own and at the topping ham, pineapple , this would save you money.

Stood there for ten minutes and all staff totally ignored us.

Veg on pizza looked out of date black bits all over it. pizza was well undercooked and thrown together. GAVE ME BELLY ACHE AND THE RUNS THE NEXT DAY . don't think they care about customers returning, probably ticks over just because its a dominos. this is the problem with dominos letting people franchise the business. I'd save you're money and go elsewhere.

It has come to my knowledge that there appears to be a copyright issue going on. This so called "special magarita" pizza tastes a lot similar to the 99p pizza from morrisons and I am very bamboozled to why this has happened. Care to explain?

Due to covid my elderly parents have had to isolate. Dominos offer a buy one get one free pizza for collection only. I politely explained to the manager that we have to isolate, would they kindly offer the bogof and deliver? The manger was very rude and abrupt said no and put the phone down. Disgusting Serivce, very surprised at the attitude!! Would recommend you stay clear of this branch !!!

The pizzas are not bad but I’d feel ripped off if I had to pay more than £12 for any large sized. They are normally a rip off.

Got pizza for my 5 year old daughter told me pick up in 15/20 mins got there told me was nearly done but was actually sat under ther warmer while served two more couples. Got home the base was that hard nearly broke my baby girls tooth so couldnt eat it phoned them to tell of my issue and they weren't bothered said was my fault and basically didnt care put the phone down on me cheeky git

Never in my life have I experienced somewhere as rough and disorganised as this shop is. Dominos is supposed to be a great food chain and if this shop has anything to go by- I would steer away from them all! Firstly upon arrival we were told our online order had not gone through. Next we were told non of the things we had ordered online could possibly be ordered in the shop (the deals etc) the girl just could not basically work the til. After the absolutely shockingly mannered “assistant” was of totally NO help at all we stood in the shop and reordered the exact same deals online on our phone- which is ridiculous! We dont even live anywhere near here but we required gluten free (which two assistant swore about for all to hear- unbelievable the staffs lack of professionalism) 20 mins later order ready and Once we got home could not believe it but 2 items missing and one the wrong size Sigh Deffo will never be going again

Messed up the persons order in front of me then messed mine up. Ordered half and half just got one type. Then they remade the order and forgot garlic bread. Third time lucky they managed it with some free cookies. Not good at all

Ordered my pizza and went to sit in my car which was parked opposite the front shop window. Observed member of staff wiping his head and face with a damp cloth. Then touching his face and nose with his bare hands before handling equipment. No gloves !!!

Pretty complicated order with various half and half pizzas, all sorts of different toppings, sauces and so on. Super fast delivery, all the order was perfect, fresh and hot. Had been fretting about the other reviews looking so dire, so wanted to balance with a better one. Our experience last night was good and I'd certainly try again with more confidence.

Excellent pizzas, ordered 4 different pizzas and they all came correct and hot, delivery was also speedy. Looks like there's been a change of management by the look of the other reviews which did make me nervous, but looks like it's back to Domino standards.

Wedges undercooked again this restaurant can’t cook wedges

Have to say the Domino's in Rochdale has gone shockingly downhill, tonight is the last time I'll order from them. Place on order, my husband goes to pick it up, they've forgotten to make half of it!!! Have to wait for second pizza to be made which means first pizza was luke warm to say the least! Finally got the home to find out the Luke warm Milano hasn't even got the right toppings on!!! The only reason I order it is for the Italian meat toppings, for some reason tonight the topping consisted of 3 pieces of salami and some straight forward ham! Absolutely the worse pizza I have ever seen!!

Iv used Rochdale Dominos for years and the quality control is non-existent. One pizza is good the next is a sloppy greasy mess. Its hard to understand how they get it so bad when all they make is Pizza?! Dont take their offer up of a free pizza next time if/ when you try to get a refund as they dont log complaints- and will just tell you nothing has been recorded on the system. Restaraunt prices but microwavable quality. Garbage, stay away.

Having been Domino's customer for years i can say i love their food it's always hot and well cooked. Excellent fast delivery service too. Always deliver with in the time they say. Also very polite staff including delivery drivers.

Stood waiting to place my order for 15 minutes! The guy kept walking past and looking at me but never bothered taking my order or even asking if I was ordering or collecting or anything. I even phoned my wife to ask what she wanted from a rival pizza company nearby and still no-one batted an eye lid.

Do not order from here! Ordered for me and my girlfriend. Arrived for a collection, wasn’t even ready had to wait 15 mins. Got it back and they gave me the wrong wings. We rang back and explained how they gave us the wrong wings and she was allergic to the sauce on the wings. Expected us to go back for them, flatly refused to bring them out, rectify THEIR mistake! Pretty much just acted like they didn’t care! Had the order receipt to prove we order different wings and the still refused to sort it! ‘Shocking’ is an under statement of how they have treated loyal customers!!!!

There's always parking and the food is still hot when we collect.
