I remember billingtons when I was a kid I have very fond memories When a friend of mine told me it was open again I was so happy Wow what they have created is amazing

Visited cafe lots of times for breakfast & lunch & never been disappointed. The homemade cakes & biscuits are fresh & delicious, you just can’t beat home baked. Jason & joan are created a hidden haven full wonderful smells & flavours!!

Warning ⚠️ Whist enjoyed this placed is enjoyed! It should be noted that in June 24 this place was issued with a 0 stars food hygiene rating, (only 2 places in Oldham have 0 stars) Major improvements are required with hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage and the Cleanliness and condition of facilities and building (including having appropriate layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control) to enable good food hygiene. Urgent improvement necessary with Management of food safety checks which are not in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety. The food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in future, please let me know when you have improved and I will change this review

Ordered take away. One poppadom short. Chicken karahi looked like the chicken was cut off a kebab skewer. Not even chicken breast was used. Thanks for making my Friday night

Use to go once in week. Everything is fantastic but soup is special

Used to come here all the time and as the other review sated it true the portion size has dramatically dropped and the food isn't the same anymore

Was on a site visit in Oldham and enjoyed a tea and piece of cake here. Very ‘Costa’ vibe but it isn’t which I’m always happy for. Staff were nice. Priced reasonably. Good location. Plenty seating. Thanks

Food missing off order when I tried to ring them they repeatedly put the phone down or wouldn't even answer eventually they just took the phone of the hook so the call wouldn't go through, terrible customer service

Food was on par. Nice atmosphere. Not too sure if the staff. Although they tried being helpful. Cash issue as there’s don’t take cash but then allowed us to pay by bank transfer.

Update - Lost my custom on Saturday due to not having a high chair. I walked up from the car park with my 1 year old. Came especially because I have ordered before (below review) and have been before and both experiences were good. Never been to a cafe or restaurant that has no high chair. Pretty disappointing. We ordered through JustEat. The food and service was excellent. I live 20 mins away and the lovely delivery driver had to go back and bring something that had spilt on the way. He came back straight away and was very apologetic which I appreciated. Food is amazing and definitely the best Chai place around. You guys definitely have the edge when it comes to great service and I'm sure you'll do well InshAllah. Will definitely be visiting the restaurant asap.

They are accepting payments online but not delivering or answering the phone/email. I paid for an order 3 days ago.
