Reply: See this is the problem mam/sir, if you read all your reviews you will see that there are certain complaints that are common. Please address them, we want your restraunt to do well, but it seems that there is a problem with humility and ability to take the criticism on board. I hope you improve. I do apologize for the anger in my review, but your food is really good, but you can do so much better. I love the food, but I guess they only cater to south indians and south indian customers. Too much comfort in customers of their own language. Pathetic. No ambition to cater to UK standards. The toilets are dirty, no soap at all. No toilet paper. The food is not FRESH. The fish thali is not fresh. The fish is not FRESH. DO NOT EAT HERE. You will end up with some bad stale food and issues the next day! The owners are happy with serving their own SOUTH INDIAN community. They have no idea of the standards of restruants which cater to non indians. Why? Go and visit other restraunts. So basically, the "chalta hai" attitude is imported from India. A compaints with regards to hygiene is due to the authorities.

Never ordered from here before.Easy to order,quick delivery,and lovely food,really enjoyed it,chips a bit crispy but ok to eat,chicken fried rice was gorgeous 😋

Half order missing total lack of communication (language barrier) £40 for a non edable meal 😡😡😡

STAY AWAY !!!!!! Ordered food online for delivery when it arrived the chips were swimming in grease and nothing on them the garlic bread and cheese was burnt and not cut properly and was just one whole hard piece you could bearly pull apart never mind eat. As for the calzones we ordered the grease that was coming off them was awful and they were completely burnt too infact the only thing that was edible was a child’s nugget meal!!!!!! Even when we tried to pick at the meat on the calzones it was just too greasy and had a real horrible taste to it too !!!! We phoned the shop to be met with such rude and angry staff so we are now left £22 out of pocket for wasted food and having to re order somewhere else after going their for many years it has slowly gone down hill the past few months but I can honestly say I will never order their again and if people want edible food and a great service then DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!!

We haven't used Wok In for a long time due to quality issues, gloopy curry, re-fried chips, cold meals etc, but decided to give them another chance. don't know if they've changed ownership since we last tried them but it was a total contrast. v good

Just been in to place an order. Chicken omelette, £6.50 on the WALL menu £8.50 she said again . No it says £6.50 on your menu , that’s an old menu the lady said and then the man came from the back and said the same . So when you read the menu add two pounds .

Mashalla very friendly staff also top burgers and kebabs iam from Birmingham and always coming to Anfield to watch my mighty reds

Food is always lovely from here and is always delivered hot. Pizza and garlic bread were great. I treated myself to a Nutella milkshake and it’s not Nutella. The only way I can describe it is it’s like a cheap chocolate taste. I couldn’t stand it so it went in the bin. It’s a shame because the last one I ordered was gorgeous but I won’t risk ordering another one because I’ve basically just threw a fiver in the bin. Gutted 😢
