Omelette was cold and strange ordered 3 meat and it came full of bean sprouts. Ordered chips and they put peas on them what I didn’t ask for. Other meals where fine

I've literally just ordered a cone of chips and asked for them in a tray, went to get money especially as they said don't do card, it's cold and rainy wanted some nice chips, and they are not fresh, very dry taste reheated, so not happy, last time they were decent hence going back, now just waisted £1.80 if you see this and are prepared to make it right and offer me fresh chips please respond and I'll update the review to say you sorted it, If you don't see this or do but don't respond I will call in soon maybe tomorrow to show you this review and would either like a £1.80 refund or some fresh chips, I don't have much money so if I pay for something it must be adequate. Thanks. I'm very pleased to say they sorted it and gave me fresh chips that were nice so I've updated review as i promised, they said they don't read reviews however.

Just short of 2 hrs I could not get through to the restaurant and nobody even bothered to let me know

Salt and pepper chicken wings delicious as always. Went for the chow mein today for a change. Absolutely lovely. A new favourite meal!

We don’t go anywhere else because the quality of the food is so good and consistent. The staff are amazing!

Luke warm food. Took 2 hours to arrive….. 1 hour past estimated delivery time.

Food was late and freezing cold when we got it couldn’t eat it.

This was the first time I've ordered from this takeaway, it was really good, inexpensive in my opinion, and really good. I'm sure there are better places out there, but for cheap and cheerful and good quality delivered well you can't go wrong.

waited an hour and 50 minutes for food. you text me after 90 minutes blaming the weather but I'd been to the hospital and back today, the weather was not a problem. It's cold yes, but the ice has melted. At least have the decency to tell me the food will be an hour late. own up. When I rang to complain you said it was being bagged up?! it was 45 minutes late at that point! I want a refund for the cold food and won't be going here again.

DO NOT ORDET FROM HERE....!! Waited hour and a half to be sent burnt chips that looked like they had been cooked about 4 times, special noodles, nothing special about it nearly £9 for two prawns and tiny cuts of char sui and duck, just a portion of cold noodles, won ton noodle soup served in a tiny cup for £6 by time it arrives the whole 4 wonton soaked up all the juice. called up and had the cheek to come back for the chips and soup and say looked fine, waste of £25

When I placed the order at about 19.00, the wait time was 45-60 mins. When the order was confirmed at 19.06, delivery slot given was 20.25-20.45. It didn't arrive till 21.25 and it was cold.

Food never arrived! App said delivered and money taken but the order was not delivered!

Food was late, cold and not even the correct order. More than half of it went in the bin. Waste

Food over a hour late and I can’t contact because number is constant busy. Last time it was late and incorrect order this time late and unable to contact anyone. Won’t be coming back

Turned up luke warm. One meal had soaked through cardboard container and was almost impossible to dish out. Spring rolls were inedible. And vegetable chow mien was awful.

Ordered at 5.30pm food arrived 7.20 pm

Food was really tasty, I really enjoyed it tastiest Chinese I’ve had in a long time

Order was placed at 6pm and it arrived at 7:45pm (after placing the order restaurant delivery info told us it will be sent anytime around 7:05-7:25pm) Food came cold and I had to warm it up to eat it, quality of food wasn’t good. Will not order again

The food was great as usual, but I have put over an hour late because before you order it says 30-40 mins delivery time, but then extends the time once you place your order, IF it is going to be 2 hours, please just state this🤷‍♂️ and please don't say it's been delivered hen it hasn't

I was given the wrong order having chosen honey salt and pepper chicken pieces, I was given spare ribs. 😰 not happy

After two hours of waiting and being told twice my order was on its way twice I gave up and asked for my money back. Usually really quick and good food but very disappointing this time around. Don’t think we will order again.

Food was bland, tasteless and cold. Sui Mai was over-cooked and rubbery (tasted like it was microwaved). BBQ Ribs tasted OK, but again cold. Prawn Toast, Samosa and Spring rolls rock hard, and deep fried.

We haven't used Wok In for a long time due to quality issues, gloopy curry, re-fried chips, cold meals etc, but decided to give them another chance. don't know if they've changed ownership since we last tried them but it was a total contrast. v good

Ordered from here before in the past and never left a review until today's order! Food wasn't the best today. rice was clumped together in places and burnt. Curry sauce was very watery. Food wasn't very hot. Probably won't order from here for a while now. Wok in have never been this bad.

Hot and tasty exactly what I wanted

The food was piping hot and so fresh we really enjoyed it. Always my first choice for a Chinese meal in south Liverpool. Everything is cooked in plain sight and the staff are always polite and professional.

A little later than told on delivery but food was still lovely and hot and it was easily the best S&P chips Ive ever had. Quality.

what can I say!!! second order from here and cannot fault it. Beef mushroom with rice for a change as my favourite is Beef and green pepper. The Beef mushroom was so delicious and the soup (again! ) Everything arrived hot and delivery guy was very polite and friendly. Ten out of Ten

Cold tasteless food. Crispy beef was horrendous worst I have ever ever had. Chips was like cardboard I think the Chef needs to have some training.

I ordered spring rolls, salt and pepper chicken with fried rice. The spring rolls I think had Chinese BBQ sauce in and they were ok(6/10), but I wouldn't get them again. The salt and pepper chicken was nice and would get again (7.5/10) and the fried rice wasn't good and had no flavour. Considering it is sold with most of the menu, it needs improving (4/10).

ribs were dry as fk. rest of the meals looked and tasted like they were cooked hours ago. deleting just eat app. food is getting worse from more outlets.

Food was dry, chips were horrible - chewy and dry. s&p chicken was the same. Very disappointed

There was a mixup with my order but that was cleared up nice and neatly. The chips were okay but the crispy chowmein tasted stale and the chop suey roll wasn’t completely cooked on the inside

There was no liquid in the won ton noodle soup as it had all split out an at the bottom of the bag. There was also no prawn crackers for the soup (even if it wasn’t needed).

Usually food from here is amazing! That we moved to this restaurant. But today… I’m not happy. Food was cold and over cooked. Had to call them to see where my order was since it was 1 hour since I ordered… very disappointed..

Ordered a soup that was pure oil, bbq sauce had no flavour, egg fried rice was whiter than a vampire chips were pure grease will not be ordering again

My favourite chippy will never go anywhere else! They do, hands down the best Thai green curry you will ever taste! Delicious

Usually good food and I order from this restaurant often but disappointed as this time they sent me the wrong order and staff wouldn't help when I called them.
