Food is great... Most of staff there brilliant ... The tall guy with white hair always cheerful particularly..sorry forgot his name My wife & i think he's something else...

Only come in when Terry is on he's a lovely man always happy and always serves the food hot goes above and beyond for his customers pitty some of the others can't take a leaf out of his book.

I don't come here often, but each time I have, the fella running the place loves to sing along with the songs on the radio (and I secretly want to join in, but don't fancy the looks from other punters thinking I'm nuts.) Always a tasty breakfast regardless.

Can't complain about the price but the customer service is atrocious. Staff need re-training and I don't accept the "you get what you pay for" excuse. Regardless of what end of the scale the shop is, customer service should always be paramount. Either that or soundproof the kitchen area because we can hear when customers are being slagged off.

I went there yesterday with my 92 year old mum who loves to sit out outside with her cheese on toast and a cup of tea and people watch. I went to the counter and asked for the cheese on toast and she kept her back to me and just said no! I asked again and she said no again. As it was 2.50pm and on the notice it says it’s open till 4pm I thought I would get an explanation but she just kept her back to me. She plonked the teas on the counter with a scowl on her face, never gave me any milk and just turned away again. I have worked with the public for 40 years and I have to say, manners and a smile cost nothing.

Terry and the girls are lovely apart from 1.... older lady short grey hair, never smiles aggressive heard her complaining about customers.

Me and my son love this place goes most morning before school for a full English cant knock the price and sausages are amazing! Just a bit disappointed that there's not a option of fried mushrooms then it would be the best!

Only went here because greggs was closed. Biggest mistake. Their sausage rolls was like biting into a sausage rolled in sand. Let's just say you get what you paid for.

There is plenty of choice for a quick snack/bite to eat. Typically, as in all of the pound bakery stores, you can but sausage rolls, pasties, pies, cakes and drinks..... There is also a breakfast menu. Priced here are very reasonable and consequently it gets very busy. The staff are extremely busy but helpful.

Nice place to pop in and have a 5 item breakfast with toast and a hot drink for £3. Always lively and food is hot

Poor customer service never any muffins at 10am asked to make one as it says severed till 11 refused very poor... On the plus side greggs is a few shops down

Only allow you to sit in the cafe area if you buy something from the very busy menu board, except none of which that is advertised on the board is available. Maybe buy from their shop connected? Don't bother they dont allow you to purchase food from their store then eat it in their cafe. Poor customer service

Can't be beaten on value. Friendly and accommodating of children.
