Subway - Norris Green in Liverpool

Not happy at all. Went in and was told they couldn't make me a cup of tea because they had uber eats orders to do first . Told to come back in 30 mins. Went back in the same day and even tho I was first in the line was told again the orders had to be done first. Some of the staff are not professional. I've seen them vaping in the back while customers are waiting.

Absolutely disgraceful, this is a double portion on a footlong. I had to open more tuna in the house just to eat it.

Foods good but never really anyone in and also some of the staff just don't seem to want to be there or be bothered. The foods good just seem like your asking alot from them.

New interior decor is a massive improvement..place seems bigger.Friendly staff good food.

Service today was awful, girl who served me was very rude, had been waiting for 25m and only asked would food be now cold when she Wasn’t very nice , she could have replied a bit better than she did, she could do with some customer training . Will be reluctant to come back here

Went here today and ordered a tuna salad I won't be ordering again I got 3 slices of cucumber 2 peppers a few gerkings a few jalapeños a pinch of sweetcorn & a little bit of lettuce and a very shy amount of sweet onion sauce it wouldn't of filled a baby's tummy let alone an adult! I don't understand why they can't fill the box it's literally just salad what i am paying for!! the tuna was also very dry 😐 the staff all look like they hate their Jobs and the heigine isn't great either, cross contamination, We won't be returning.

We went to Subway this morning and we were very disappointed by the lack of hygiene, ill-mannered staff, and the dreadful food. Firstly, when we went inside we were greeted with a cold expression by the lady, she was impatient and impertinent. Her name tag said Jess and that she was the manager. There were flies everywhere and when I was naming the salad I wanted she rolled her eyes. At the end when we were paying, my dad wanted to sign up for a subway member card but she has the audacity to say "well I've got a queue so you should go" the "queue" was one person; she could've went to the person and come back to us. We did plan on staying to eat, however we just left in the end. Never going back again! Save your money!

Absolutely appalling place. Miserable duo behind the counter were disinterested in doing their job properly and.Twice I went recently and on both occasions I had to walk out empty handed. The first time they gave me something completely different to what I ordered. Second occasion I visited I turned invisible. I kid you not. After waiting too long to be served a queue of 3 couples formed a queue behind me. Then the jobsworth staff member asked the people behind me what they wanted. I said to her "am I invisible". So I walked. Just as well I did as the food here is garbage going by the bad reviews here. Dreadful staff. Complaint sent to Subway. Avoid at all costs. I best it will close down soon. It's a dump. Save your cash.

Ordered philly and steak wrap with wedges. Wedges limp and small. Wrap was tasteless and bland. Not much filling all for 8.59. Wont be calling again. Staff friendly and polite

Called in today about 12.30 got a breakfast sub and drink deal,and was charged £7.08….?normally I get 2 breakfast subs and drinks for about £8ish,asked the young girl on the till said it was right…..don’t think so,be aware

I arrived around 6.20pm. There was 2 staff. One was behind the counter make sandwiches for a take away. Never bothered speaking and just ignored us. The other staff was walking around cleaning tables that were already clean. He never acknowledged us at all. There was bikes thrown at the doorway outside which we had to climb over and the 4 boys we’re running around the shop swearing and shouting. The staff behind the counter appeared to know one of them and was talking to him. We were left just standing there. We left the shop in the end with out even be able to order. Definitely will not be going back again. I think maybe the staff needs retraining in customer relations.

Usually alright Subway sandwiches served. Unfortunately, last vegan sandwich that was toasted was quite cool in the middle. Otherwise would have been a four star on food.

Went in today for 2 cheese salads I normally have one a day from Aintree branch today I got me and daughter one from lorenzo drive When told young assistant what I wanted when I got to daughters and opened it was the smallest salad ever only I was so hungry and would have had to drive back but I won’t be going there again

Surely a 6inch sandwich should be six inches not 5 - will not be shopping at this subway again - I will inform all my friends and family , I have taken a photo

I took my mum for a bmt foot long got to till and there was a woman behind doing a big order for Saturday the girl is doing the bill on the till then manager pushes her out way to take for the woman behind me deletes my checkout does hers first no apologies then the girl on the till who was doing mine the woman with big order comes back again and the manager does the same thing again because she gave the wrong receipt my server then got the chance it was shoddy of the manager and she was in a bad mood

I visited my local subway today, 12th june around 130pm my friend and I were disappointed by the lack of food hygiene standards of the member of staff who prepared our food. She should be fired or at least not be working in the food industry, she would benefit from training in food hygiene and health an safety. I am not a petty person, however I was upset with my food. In fact it made me feel sick. I observed her preparing food. She made Nachos for order that was to go out for delivery. As she poured out a bag of Doritos She dropped a quarter of them into the beef, she then continued to pick them back out of the beef and put them on someone’s food while making mine. I had ordered a plain cheese sandwich and also a separate meatball one. I watched as she threw the cheese, which landed on the side rather than in the cheese tub. She then dripped meatball source over my plain cheese sandwich ( I have sensory issues an can’t have food mixed or i won’t eat it ) it made me feel sick the way she was just dropping foods into the wrong containers and picking them back out an putting them back in to their containers to be used later. It is worrying as some people have food allergies, which could prove dangerous due to cross contaminated food. The whole experience out me off my food and I couldnt eat it. My food had been touched by tomato source it may sound dramatic to some people but am sure a lot of people would not like there food to be cross contaminated or have something they don’t like on there sandwich. I really think this member of staff should be taught some basic food hygiene lessons. vegetarians or people with a allergies would not be very happy

The food deserves 5 stars but for some kind of reason my takeaway orders are being cancelled exactly when the food is supposed to be delivered. It happened twice already and its just disappointing..

Considering it was around 21:00 they had ehat we wanted and the staff were lovely and went out of his way to help and assist us and was friendly too ... nothing was too much trouble

Was served a freezing cold sub because it was left on the side for at least 5 minutes whilst the second person was organising bread and drinks, then came over, added the sauces and salad to wander off again. Anyway, my sub is freezing and I wouldn’t dare go back to wait another 5 minutes very slow service considering there was only me and one other person in there

The level of service at subways is getting worse. One trip to my local subway saw the assistant try to upswell to be to make my order a meal. When I told him I didn’t want a meal you would have thought I’d insulted his sister. He seemed rather upset I didn’t want to save about 30 pence. I wonder why they can’t just give you what you ask for? Be easier and I wouldn’t need to argue. Then I went to a subway in south Liverpool. I asked for a salad. They didn’t have salad boxes. I went to another close by and asked for a tuna salad. They didn’t have tuna. Maybe they need to introduce a buffet style service where you go to one with a box. Then you can go to another and ask what they have for your salad. They can then put the things they have in to the box (if they have one) then go to several other subways and get individually all the bits you need. I estimate this should not take no more than 2 hours. Poor service

Great sandwiches, something for everyone

Absolutely raged at the way I was spoken to today by a manager in this store. No sign to say toilets not in use so how was I to know they are staff toilets? He then proceeded to argue with me and was extremely rude. I quickly left refusing to purchase anything and I certainly wont be back! I have also sent a complaint through to subway.

Food lovely, hygiene and cross contamination not good. While waiting for my sub, the lady was rushing and food was leaving the counter and falling into other pots. Eg chicken going into cucumber and tomato pots. Other food being contamination. Not good. It's bad. Let's hope your not a veggie.

Massive crosscontaminaton in the cucumber, sandwiches were packed together so one was bent and still had the paper that it is assembled on. Staff need to be better trained so that this does not happen again

AGreat location as assorted shops around it, easy to park, wheelchair friendly too. Food as always fresh, service great, friendly staff, tables and chairs clean as was floor. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Every member of staff we have encountered in this subway have been super friendly and make the perfect Sub. Easy 5 star.

The store was very messy with rubbish laying around on the floor. Only two people service during lunch time rush. The staff were a bit narky when queried the price as it conflicted to what the display shown above.

Had a yummy sandwich which filled the hunger gap no end! If you are a fan of Subway then you can generally guarantee that the menu will be very similar to other Subways, although there are occasional differences of offers that some don't do.

Our kids love eating here and the staff a nice. It's close to our place and they good is really nice. It's fresh and the environment is clean.

Diabolical service, we were in line for ten minutes when we got to get served the man skipped right past us and asked the girl behind what she wanted an completely over looked us, when I said we were next can I order now he just looked at me so I started telling him my order which he done in silence then when we got to the salad bar I was told that we couldn't have bmt on a kids meal even though I had just watched the first lad make it, the service was awful the staff were rude and it's vastly over priced for a sandwich shop!! Won't be visiting till they acquire new staff.

Subway is perfect for grabbing a quick meal whilst on your lunchtime. There is plenty of choice available and this shop is always clean.

Love subway usually, but find staff disinterested, very tight with the salad. I can't eat bread and was made to feel awkward when I requested more lettuce. Got a dirty look when I asked for more sauce .Aren't the salad tubs supposed to be full? The Speke branch is so friendly and staff are helpful .

Staff are always really friendly, floor area is clean and tidy and we always get served quickly. This Subway is also open until 10pm which is good. Definitely one of the best subways I’ve been too. :)

Very nice subway which has about 4*6 seater tables, 8*4 seater tables and 4*2 seater tables

Subways in general are good value for money. The only fault with my local one is sometimes I have to clean the table before I can even sit down. Sometimes I only want a latte and a cookie but you have to wait in a long queue because the people before you are having salads, sub rolls made up.

It's clean and quick when your in a rush and hungry x
