Pizza Perfect in Liverpool

STAY AWAY !!!!!! Ordered food online for delivery when it arrived the chips were swimming in grease and nothing on them the garlic bread and cheese was burnt and not cut properly and was just one whole hard piece you could bearly pull apart never mind eat. As for the calzones we ordered the grease that was coming off them was awful and they were completely burnt too infact the only thing that was edible was a child’s nugget meal!!!!!! Even when we tried to pick at the meat on the calzones it was just too greasy and had a real horrible taste to it too !!!! We phoned the shop to be met with such rude and angry staff so we are now left £22 out of pocket for wasted food and having to re order somewhere else after going their for many years it has slowly gone down hill the past few months but I can honestly say I will never order their again and if people want edible food and a great service then DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!!

I haven't been dissatisfied with this place since I started ordering from here & going on 5 years now,And we all know when you get a kebab in your head with a garlic bread with cheese or whatever fastfood you enjoy, you know what you want and you know what to expect for your money,it's not hard to put these meals together,you don't have to employ a chef for this type of food, So yes!! I would recommend..they give you enough meat on kebabs and fresh salad,they put plenty of mozzarella on there pizza's and even when I have phoned and it has been shutting in 5 minutes they have took my order and delivered and yes its still come fresh,good all around,

The food is heavy mainly the donner meat. The food does take a long time but worth it

Lovely char grilled chicken on chips / kids cheese & ham pizza , and a banana biscotti waffle and ice-cream , cooked lovely , call to say food will be ready , great service thankyou .

Food is always delicious, we always get extra for lunch the next day. Delivery divers are always lovely too, love going here.

Took 1hr 20min to arrive when the shop is 5 min drive from my house. The garlic bread was burnt, the burger bun was burn, the burger had what looked like veg in the meet and was dry. Not impressed at all certainly not going to them again

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing delivery. One of the best takeaways in Liverpool, i recommend it to everyone.

We’re staff at alder hey children’s hospital! Ordered for 8 of us ! It’s was beautiful the chicken kebabs are outstanding. Pizzas also spot on can’t fault will be ordering again soon ! Thanks from staff at alder hey. ;)

Shocking! Ordered basic stuff told 60 mins delivery time and rang up after 75 mins to be told good had just left, it's a 5 min drive at the most and after another 15 mins still hadn't arrived so called back to be told the same thing! Attitude of staff was awful on both times calling. My husband ended up driving to collect it after waiting another 10 mins for the delivery. Do not lie to your customers we are not stupid and expect a decent service when you offer a delivery option. We will never use this place again just awful!!!

Horrible customer service, staff member who answered the phone had a disgusting attitude on him, all because he hasn’t updated his prices on Uber eats an gave us the wrong item because the waffles are £6 an not £4 so purposely changing our order on us

Worst pizza I've ever had, it was disgusting and made me feel ill. Got nuggets for my son and they were like rubber

if i could of rated 0 stars i would of. over 2 hours wait and still no sign of the food! when we called up kept getting told excuse after excuse one of them being we are stuck in traffic for over an hour!!! absolute joke

Food is lovely never had anything bad from there. Delivery can sometimes be quite a while but worth the wait.

Been here several times and had no problems. We all enjoyed our food.

I have given one star because there is no option for none. If you want a reasonably quick tea, dont bother going here. Their delivery time is always an hour. You will be extremely lucky to get it in an hour and a half. When you chase up your order, you're always told that the driver has just left. Then when you phone 15 mins later, the driver is just about to leave. The last 2 occasions we have ordered from here, the first time our food was cold after waiting over an hour. The second time we cancelled after 1 hour and 40 mins and went elsewhere. Tuesday night and apparently its really busy and not forgetting that according to the staff, the food is all cooked fresh (doner kebabs.....fresh???). I certainly wouldn't recommend going here. Staff who are rude and lie to you, cold food, long waiting times, oh and the automated service that you are on hold to for ages when you want to speak to them. Not very appealing!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else that deserves your money

Absolutely shocking! Firstly we was waiting over 1 hour and they got the order wrong so phoned back to correct the order and was told 20 minutes. Another 1 hour later and still no food. Very Rude staff that lie. Pizzas weren't the best either. Don't ask for a refund you'll get the phone put down on you. Had to put a star to write a review

Very good food reasonably priced.staff is very helpful and they do 20" pizza in their shop cost just £15...WoW If you want delivery its prompt unless it is on the weekend which might take around 30-40 min or slightly more,but its common for takeaways on weekends. My kids love their milk shake and crispy chips with peri peri sauce on it...

The best pizza around, not to mention the cheesy chips, heavenly ❤️

Cheap 20" pizzas! They're decent quality too, staff all seem nice enough and it never usually takes too long to collect can't speak too much on the other foods here but it's a nice reasonable place!

My mum and dad ordered food from here, my boyfriend answered the door to the delivery driver telling him to hurry up because he has to go, then when my dad comes to the door, the driver tries to overcharge for the food! Then has the absolute cheek to physically throw the money right at my dad and shout at him!! Absolutely disgusting service will be ringing up tomorrow when it’s open! And defiantly won’t be ordering again! Not the one to usually talk about the food but... it was miniature n burnt!

Delivery of this place is disgusting half 8 I ordered my food now 10pm and still isn’t here shop phone isn’t letting me ring because there closed won’t ever order from here again

All reviews are subjective, however to address the balance i have always found the food to be of excellent quality. Yes you may have to wait alittle bit longer because they are that busy but that shows that there's alot of very satisfied customers too. Will be definitely ordering again!!

Peri peri chicken with jerk sauce, rice and salad are wonderful.

Food was a bit late but their triple cheeseburger was a dream, huge, meat was spot on, arrived hot, well made and worth the price. Deserves the 5star

If only I could give no stars. 2 hour wait and lied to by the staff. Food was OK but nothing special. Wouldn't go back and defo wouldn't recommend.

Never going here again been a good customer for a number of years and just recently they have gave me wrong order and then made me go back to get the rest of my food no sorry or nothing

I have ordered from Pizza Perfect 3 times via their website and I have to say that unlike some other reviewers here, my own experience has been a consistently good one - both with the quality of the food and with the delivery service. It's so refreshing to see a takeaway trying to be inventive with their menu. I particularly like the way you can have a pizza with one topping on the left side and a different one on the right at no extra cost. There's also plenty of choice on the menu for vegetarians, my wife particularly likes their halloumi wraps, which are very generously sized. Last time I ordered kebab instead of the usual pizza and it was amazing! Tender lamb and moist chicken (a pleasant surprise for a takeaway kebab) with a good balance of meat and salad in an enormous, fluffy naan. Definitely having one of those again!

The worst pizza place in Liverpool Couldnt even understand my phone number it took them about 20 minutes for them to get half way through my number and then I asked them to put somebody who understood me on the phone and he started trying to demand me to tell him my phone number again complete waste of time and I wouldn’t ever recommend coming here atall.

We tried you for the first time today, ordering at 18.03, by 19:30 still no delivery. Not a great first impression. When we phoned up we were told that our order was cooked and ready and you were waiting for a driver (suggesting the food was going cold as it was waiting). Staff were not able to assist over the phone, had difficulty communicating and when we phoned a third time to cancel the order, staff seemed quite rude. Order finally arrived 2 hours late; cold.

I ordered, and it lated 1.5 hour. I ordered extra toppings, (Ham on pizza, all salad with kebab) I paid, but I didn't get.

Nice food. Would like better meal offers
