Never again ordered beef chow main beef was cut like match sticks and a handful of noodles terrible taste

Placed an order with THERE website £39.21 for delivery. Never got no food or a refund. Told to look on the website to claim money back but it’s not letting me!!! Jokes

Bought some chips for a snack on the menu it said £2.20 and I was charged £3.You need to change your menus.

Ordered a special foo yung for £7.50 and when it arrived it was just the foo yung - no chips. When I rang them they said I would have to pay £1.50 extra for chips even though that is not stated anywhere on the menu or website. Never known a chippy in the whole of Liverpool operate this way the meal always comes with rice/chips or fried rice for an extra fee. Just put the proper price on the menu and provide the chips/rice. I shouldn't have to ask.

Just been in to place an order. Chicken omelette, £6.50 on the WALL menu £8.50 she said again . No it says £6.50 on your menu , that’s an old menu the lady said and then the man came from the back and said the same . So when you read the menu add two pounds .

£4 for delivery and i live across the street.

Poped in for chips , covid screens in place , chips where fresh too so that's a bonus carnt comment on other things,

Awful. I placed an order through Tastecard app for collection and called them to ask them to accept it as it was still “pending”. No one spoke English AT ALL I mean not even a little bit so they didn’t understand what I was saying, my order stayed on pending and my money is out of my account. Who knows if there food is nice? I never got to try it Update: after calling six times over 20 minutes, a man answered who spoke English and explained their machine was broken so they couldn’t accept my order. He apologised.

Shocking service before the silly woman behind the counter never even knew any of the prices of any food when it was clearly wrote on the huge menu inside the shop had to ring somebody but that person never answered will never be going that chippy ever again

Fantastic food. Massive portions. The food was top notch. Cooked just like it was home made. The chips were like home made chips. Very tasty food. Proper authentic Chinese cooking. Thank you blue dragon. Came along way. Was hungry. And you never disappointed

Family -owned business that never fails to please. My favourite from here is Singapore Vermicelli (a lot of effort goes into it, and you can taste it). Would be 5 stars if there was a delivery option but there is not right now - I'm confused about food arriving late from other reviews??? Cash only. Lovely staff.

Ordered food,turned up 25 minutes late. The food by then was cold and the drink i ordered was warm. Had to microwave the food and put the drink in the freezer. Won't be ordering again
