Very busy but still got served quick. Great artist.

Pre-booked here for 15 of us for Bottomless Brunch. Staff couldn't have been any more accommodating from the initial booking to the day. We had to delay the start which the staff didn't have any issues with, but the second we started they were taking our orders and kept coming back. I've been to places where they take forever to come to you, so this was brilliant. The pizzas were great. Highly recommend this place, even if you just come in for drinks/food. Fantastic value for money.

I reg breath on cutlery and clean with serviette . Today both sides knife covered in baked bean sauce and refused to wipe the table down. Faulty towers lol all day but it's cheap the staff know me by now. I'd not bother complaining like or lump it off. Never had a bad meal or snack. Too busy and short staffed ..

Made an order through just eat…. Only delivered the sub when I payed for the meal deal. Order no.363726186. When I called to complain the lady on the phone not only told me she had made no online orders today but proceeded to put the phone down on me after. This kind of service is absolutely despicable, staff like this don’t deserve jobs in the hospitality industry. Will be avoiding this restaurant in future and just hope that I’m refunded for the missing items on my order.

We had a family meal from here recently to celebrate a birthday and all had a range of meals consisting of fish, chips, fried rice, donner kebabs and pizza. The majority of the family enjoyed their meals and all  thought the BBQ sauce was tasty, but I weren't too impressed with the pizza which I found bland or the chips which were soggy to me. Nonetheless I found the chicken nuggets very tasty and would order them again if I come back here in the future. I have took two stars off because the orders took over an hour to arrive and we ordered x2 portions of large chips but we only received one which was dissappointing.

As a regular customer of this independent business where we are usually happy with the food and service, we were quite disappointed today that my son was unable to eat his pancakes as they were too hard. I did express this to the staff but unfortunately no alternatives were offered and we also had to pay full price for the food that wasn't even eaten. He was only able to eat the small pot of ice cream that accompanied the meal and needed to get food elsewhere for him after our visit. His pancake also didn't come with sprinkles as stated on the menu and we were informed as his food came out the ice cream flavour he ordered was out of stock too and only chocolate was available. Didn't feel valued as a customer especially when we come here relatively often. A real shame.

It’s gone downhill, used to be a lot better. Manners aren’t great in there either anymore, quite pushy & rude. Only go there as a last resort.

Frankness is great.. food is fabulous! Lovely family run business..The only neg I have is I travel 40 mins to here its that good it is! so give them a call make sure it's open first!! I've been a few times and it's been closed & check it's not run out of food!! Cause it's so delicious there might be none left as we have experienced...Apart from that it's well worth a visit. Shame shuts at 3pm 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
