New Planet Pizza in Liverpool

Ordered on just eat, we had 2 large kebabs, with chips, burger, chicken strips and bottle of pop, we got given a free garlic bread pizza and free delivery. Came within 25 mins. Food was hot, kebab was delicious, chips great, burger was lovely, chicken was tasty and garlic bread was amazing. It was on £27 which is amazing value, could feed four with that. Highly recommend of you like your kebabs

Place has gone right down Hill, this was our go to place to order from for kebabs and chicken wraps, the last 3 times we have ordered the food has been substandard, today has pushed me to wright a review (never really do this) I myself ordered a chicken wrap that came folded with a half crumbed pitta witch I would say was stale, it was more of a thrown together fold and not a wrap as such, it resembled more of a sweaty taco. My son ordered a Donna kebab with garlic Mayo and was sent one with yogurt sauce, (twice before this has happened) this time rather than waste more money ordering from elsewhere for him we phoned to inform of the mistake, they reluctantly sent a replacement (again with yogurt sauce, and tried to tell me on the doorstep it was garlic mayo) What is going on? These places are great to start with then just seem to go down hill, will have to look elsewhere which is a shame.

The staff are nice and the pizza is like, super good for a little pizza shop. Fair priced too.

Its nice , mild chilly sauce is like southwest sauce and kebabs aren’t greasy there nice

Awful!! Will never order again. Paid £22.50 got cheap pizza that was not fresh they had just added topping to a chewy base. Burger was chewy and cheap and gristley and chips were like cardboard. Shocking

Absolutely Awful. I ordered the student deal, everything was tasteless. Donner kebab had no salad or sauce in( just dry pitta with donner meat in) Chips were soggy and heavy. Pizza was tasteless and base was very doughy and thick. Only thing good was the 2 cans of Diet Coke!!

The garlic bread with cheese is the best on Aigburth road and the chili sauce is divine. Always friendly service too. Mid range price wise

Food is mediocre, guaranteed argument when you prank call them.

The mild chilli sauce (which still has a kick) is to die for! It's not 'sweet chilli sauce' which is not to my taste. I love it on their burgers and kebabs. No other local place seems to have anything to compete.

They were open pretty late. We went there around 12.30 past mid night. The staff look at me with a surprised look...none of that can I take your order. I had to ask can I order take away. The staff replied yes we are open. So ordered the take away paid for it. Then went and sat in my car for 30 min then they said the food if ready.

Took our money and didn’t deliver but said they did... What happened: we ordered food. New Pizza Planet confirmed the order we waited over 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time and still no food. We checked the app and it said on its way then after several checks the order status was changed to delivered. But there was no delivery! We did not get anything. We tried to call the restaurant but they were closed and there was no way to leave a message as per their answering machine recording. Out money, time and of course - no food. Ordered through Just Eat. Would give zero stars if I could. Despicable.

I've been ordering from here for a few years now and I'm always impressed with how quickly they can get the food to me, I'm about a ten minute walk away from the place and they regularly get a pizza to me in under 15 minutes. The staff are friendly, they have a huge selection of Ben and Jerry's (better than most supermarkets) and the food is better than most takeaways, there's a review saying that the food is greasy, they mostly sell pizzas, burgers and kebabs, all of which are supposed to have some of the natural oils left in. I've personally never had a bad dish from here and I'd recommend it highly to anyone.

La pizza era agradable, generosas porciones de queso y coberturas. Pan de Ajo aunque ligeramente quemada y grasiento, no tienen mucho sabor. Patatas fritas, hamburguesa de pollo y todos eran de nivel medio y sabor. La comida estaba bien caliente en la llegada, así que siempre es un plus y el tiempo de entrega más rápida que estima. No es una mala experiencia en general.

This place is gonna make me Fat. I tend to order from here often as it's the best place I've found. Food is always on time or early, nice and hot. Staff are always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Decent enough but wrong toppings on pizza. Kebab was more a meat butty (no salad or sauce). Quick delivery and tasted ok but could of been better.

2 hours to deliver, cold food, average taste

Long delay for delivery and food was stone cold. Very rude delivery man. Called to complain and man made me feel like I was lying that it was cold even though the status half an hour prior said 'delivered'. They sent a replacement delivery an hour later which WAS hot but given total attitude again from the driver and demands for the return of cold food when I was advised they didn't want it back. Driver argumentative and angry. I WILL NEVER use them again. Awful.

Didn't have all the food I ordered (no salad on anything). Didn't bring any of the drinks I ordered and the food was 30 minutes late. When I tried to call back (7 or 8 times) there was no answer on the phone.

10" Vegetarian pizza I had ordered with Yazoo strawberry drink. The pizza wasn't very hot when arrived but not very cold either. The toppings were nice. Could offer 12" for that price though (7£).

Ordered 2 kebabs.. chicken one and a mixed one both arrived within the time scale and we're very nice.. chicken was nicely cooked and we'll seasoned.. the kebab was not caked in grease like some other shops.. will order again from here

Chips inedible. Pizza was nowhere near being out of this world, and it should have been given the name of your takeaway.

Food ordered: Meat feast 14" , Chips & Cheese. The pizza base itself was not properly cooked and could have done with another few minutes in the oven (which I resorted to). The cheese was not melted on the chips and they were stone cold upon arrival. This is my first and only time ordering from here.

Pizza was cold and fries was saggy due to the long delivery time... Delivery was 25 min late..

Came within the predicted time. Lots of food for the price we paid, extra requests all granted, good quality food which was still hot when it arrived.

People usually think the big chains are the best because they are more known but usually its the small ones that get the winning end. I loved everything about this shops pizzas.

Asked for ben and jerrys ice cream, never got delivered with the pizza and didn't get a refund for it.

Good food, maybe a bit more expensive than some other places though. But I would use them again.

The kids love it!! These pizzas have a soft thick base and crust which my girls love (I prefer think crispy bases hence 4 stars not 5). The food quality and service seem to be at a consistently good level. Hard to find good take way pizzas but would say these defiantly fit the bill.

Food wasn't the best and wasn't piping hot when it arrived, but it was still nice. Delivered about 20, 30 minutes before the given delivery time and the driver was friendly enough.

Have been going here for a while and usually very good,however this occasion IT WASNT!! Chips (if you could call them that)were cold and very much like cardboard and chicken kebab was very poor,chicken burnt and pitta soggy,well think twice about visiting again im afraid.

Once again food excellent, this place is certainly one of the best places in Liverpool to order from. They don't fault on quality at all. And always fresh and hot. And service and delivery is second to none. Never waited the hour stated always delivery well before xxx
