Subway in Liverpool

Llevo años viniendo a este metro (desde que se inauguró), pero menos ahora desde que me alejé. Pero hoy las dos chicas que estaban trabajando eran tan groseras. Traté de tener una conversación con ellos y me miraron como si tuviera dos cabezas. Ella tampoco me agradeció por mi costumbre cuando pagué ni se despidió cuando me fui como dije gracias. Solía trabajar para Subway hace más de 10 años y no soñaría con tratar a los clientes así.

Terrible customer service by the women in there on the 02/02/2024 at 12:30 , she put the wrong sauce on my food I requested the sauce I asked for originally and she turns round muttering under her breath, this type of customer service is not acceptable for a massive franchise is disgusting subway need to check on the attitude towards the customers, as without them they will have no business.

I have been to this subway a few times now and every time I go the service is amazing, I get served quick and my order is completed quick too but occasionally I go there is a very nice lad called dean and he’s one of the nicest hard working guy ive ever been served by in any shop before, you can tell he’s very mature for his age and you can tell he really loves his job, a very happy chap and nothing ever puts him down from his work

Acabo de pedir una ensalada de metro, ahórrame la preparación porque estoy cuidando a mi hijo de 4 meses y realmente quería pedir mi cena hoy. Recibí una caja de ensalada medio vacía golpeada con aproximadamente 3 cebollas rojas y pimientos, no se podía ver una ensalada fresca al mirarla y no había pedido ninguna bebida o crujiente. Si lo paga, debería ser una caja de ensalada fresca y no parecerse a la sección de ensalada reducida. Era repugnante, no le servirías eso a alguien en un café o restaurante como ese para las personas que pagan por la comida, por lo que no debes azotarlo allí, no fresco y básicamente nada allí. También estoy aislado, así que no pude llegar allí para conseguir uno y pido y viene así. Es simplemente vil.

I have a neuro-medical condition which causes me to speak in a very low tone of voice and more often than not when I've eaten here I've had the staff take the piss out of me because of my low voice and overall made to feel like a scumbag because of my condition. This condition limits my movements and so I used to frequent Subway and Costa in succession to get me out of the house and moving in the best way possible but the reactions the staff have given me because of my invisible disability have generally been less than desirable. The food isn't bad but the service gets zero marks from me until they learn how to respectfully treat people with hidden illnesses.

Had a coffee next door decided to call in to take a sub home for our tea. The BOSS had 6inch tuna sub, I had a chicken pizziola, both were delish. Really nice helpful member of staff who made our subs. Fab.

What a brilliant subway to visit and I visit many around liverpool!!its one of the cleanest I've seen!!the staff are brilliant especially a small slim dark haired girl,with having a few kids with me she never once complained about our noise!children spilled drinks and she was there cleaning it up with a smile on her face,I will be using this shop often!!great food and always fresh

A Great place to buy a quick sub while on a Beatles tour. The subs were excellent and service way good.

The staff here are particularly pleasant and helpful and you can be sure to get service with a smile and your sandwich will be exactly as you want it.

The staff are really excellent here - so polite and efficient. Everyone who visits a branch of the Subway chain knows what to expect from the food and the standard here is consistent. But the sandwiches are served with a smile and a friendly word and this makes a rather mundane experience so much better.

Needed to write a review about this Subway in Gateacre, Liverpool. Every single time I go in there whether its the young guys or girls they are so so friendly, enthusiastic and couldn't do more to give you a lovely experience. It might just be Subway but the staff really make the difference. Food is always prepared spot on as well. Thanks again you lovely lot!

In this case, ‘something fishy’ is a compliment as the tuna mayo sandwich was deliciously overfilled and served with plenty of veg. The meal deal is especially good value. Staff are pleasant and the service is quick. Great place for a snack.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful and always go that extra mile to ensure that customers get exactly what they want. There are plenty of tables if you want to sit in and parking directly outside.

This Subway meets the high standards the brand lives up to. Convenient parking, seating area. Clean premises. Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money.

The choice of food is consistent, whichever Subway you choose. This is certainly not gourmet cuisine, but it is what it says on the tin and, when you are in a hurry, it hits the spot. The staff at this particular branch are friendly and helpful and there is parking directly outside.
