I have just spent a marvellous family get together in the beer garden. Maleeta is simply great at making things work smoothly. We had a truly lovely afternoon. We will be back. No worries.

Lo que una vez fue un lugar familiar y amigable para los habitantes de la zona se ha convertido en una experiencia impersonal y sin alma. Varios empleados populares han sido trasladados. Los nuevos son agradables, pero mal entrenados y la gestión es ahora pobre, con el personal corriendo a menudo sin rumbo fijo con poco compromiso con los clientes. En dos órdenes de entrega recientes faltaban artículos que habían sido pagados. No puedes llamar por teléfono a la sucursal. El control de stock también es inconsistente, lo que es particularmente molesto para los clientes habituales que tienen preferencias. Absolute garbage . I don’t know why we give this restaurant so many chances they just can’t get it together . Disorganised is an understatement it’s embarrassing . The food is dry and tasteless . Never again

Llevo años viniendo a este metro (desde que se inauguró), pero menos ahora desde que me alejé. Pero hoy las dos chicas que estaban trabajando eran tan groseras. Traté de tener una conversación con ellos y me miraron como si tuviera dos cabezas. Ella tampoco me agradeció por mi costumbre cuando pagué ni se despidió cuando me fui como dije gracias. Solía trabajar para Subway hace más de 10 años y no soñaría con tratar a los clientes así.

Terrible customer service by the women in there on the 02/02/2024 at 12:30 , she put the wrong sauce on my food I requested the sauce I asked for originally and she turns round muttering under her breath, this type of customer service is not acceptable for a massive franchise is disgusting subway need to check on the attitude towards the customers, as without them they will have no business.

Don’t use there website. I ordered, payed was then told the takeaway rejected my order and I would have to wait 5 days for a refund. I drove past takeaway to find it wasn’t even open. Website definitely knew it was closed but still let me order and took my money. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Un servicio pobre, despejaron mi propia mesa para sentarse. Pedimos té de tarde de vintage por £16 por 2. Teteras chocaron en mesa con te gustan los tazas de té, algunas marcas de labios afuera y té manchas por dentro. 10 minutos más tarde no hay comida, fui dentro para investigar y una camarera me miraban con. Dijo que la otra que estaba esperando para llevar todo juntos aunque nuestro té iba frío. Comida llegamos justo después de eso, que era como una broma. 4 rondas de pan integral muy grueso lleno de atún mayo y huevo mayo vinegary que era sosa y el huevo en enormes bultos. Realmente aproximadamente presentado colocado hacia capa superior del plato de té de la tarde. En resumen capa tenía 4 rebanadas de pastel de terciopelo rojo, 2 bollos de nata con mermelada y 2 grandes pasteles de zanahoria. Tamaño de las porciones era demasiado grande y aparte de bollos, que estaban muy bien el resto de la tarta era denso y un poco rancio. Muy apetecible en apariencia. También tuve que pedir platos y servilletas de lado. Nadie cuidando mesas fuera y el lugar no estaba tan lleno. Evitar esto como de la peste.

How can you get a small tray of chips wrong????? When I use this chippy now I'll only risk chips and gravy curry and chips etc, nearly broke my teeth on the chips god knows how long they had been lying around for! This place is defo in the running for the worst chippy in Liverpool. I should of swerved it when I saw the woman who usually works behind the counter frying all the food. Avoid this health hazard people!!!!!!!!!

Nunca volveré a este lugar de nuevo ¿cómo se puede arruinar salchichas, pero se las arregló como cartón y sin sabor Creo que las patatas fritas donde unos días de edad y el personal coinciden con la comida miserable
