Ordered 3 meat roast.. egg fried rice chips and a bbq sauce. Come to £25.80.. didn’t enjoy it at all. The 3 meat was tiny and the pork wasn’t crispy. The rice wasn’t fried boiled rice in the wok for a second. The bbq sauce was the biggest item in the bag. Very disappointed…

Absolutely gone down the pan. Went Saturday night. Four people in. We were watching the Masters. The staff turned the TVs off at 10.30. We felt completely unwelcomed, so we left. What happened to the Saturday nights with the live music, a packed out pub, and everyone having a good time. It's such a shame.

Fui a la fiesta privada con mis amigos. Tuvimos un tiempo increíble y el ambiente era brillante. Sin duda recomendaría.

Great food great service in a lovely relaxed atmosphere

We have literally just left. We try to support independent Liverpool businesses and attempted to try Calisa today. 3 tables were in use, so there may have been 4 empty. The man behind the counter looked at us and put his hands on his face as though being presented with a conundrum. He very hesitantly announced that he would have to put 2 tables together, as though it was an extreme difficulty, rather than a daily occurrence for a cafe. Then he said how he wouldn’t be able to clear the tables until he had completed a drinks order. We said this was fine and went to sit down but he asked us to sit outside. He finished the drinks order and again walked over to the tables (one empty one clean) with a puzzled expression and his hands on his face, similar to Munch’s ‘The Scream’. My sister then popped her head in as he said ‘it is just cake and coffee you want isn’t it? The kitchens closed’. It was what we wanted, but we took the hint and said we would leave, he said “yes” as he had obviously achieved his aim. Either this is a “local place for local people’ or that is the worst welcome I have ever had.

Mick the manager and all his team always make me feel welcome.

The food was so good, Not even joking when I say this, The chicken wings are the best chicken wings I’ve ever had in my life. Order from here!!

Ordered chips, chicken fried rice and foo yung. Chips were fine, fried rice was tasteless and food yung was disgusting and inedible.

Hemos estado esperando meses para que nuestro restaurante indio favorito reabra y no nos decepcionó. La comida era deliciosa como siempre y el nuevo gerente y su equipo hicieron un gran trabajo de bienvenida de nuevo. El servicio era amable y el ambiente era muy frío. Estamos deseando volver y llevar a la familia con nosotros la próxima semana

El lugar estaba muy ocupado. Encontramos una mesa en el salón de actos, nosotros una mesa de 9. Pedimos a través del código QR 1 hora tarde la comida llegó. Mi hija y yo comimos carne y pastel de cerveza y pollo y puerro. Ninguno de los dos pudo pasar el cuchillo por la pastelería que parecía haber estado en el horno la mayor parte de la tarde. El Gravy era como gelatina sacada de un paquete y no fue tonto correctamente. A los natchos les faltaba queso y jalapeños. Dedos de pescado fritos a una pulgada de arder. Todos juntos una experiencia terrible. Hemos comido allí antes y ha estado bien. Estaría hablando con quien cocinara esa comida. No volveremos a visitar para comer allí de nuevo. Habíamos esperado tanto tiempo por la comida. Devolverlo no era una opción. Si usted está ocupado y no puede dar a la gente un buen servicio, no se siente.

Greg, Mary Jo y Annemarie venimos aquí cada semana y está muy ocupado, el servicio es excelente y el personal no puede hacer más por ti y la comida es excelente también tiene un precio razonable. Cuando me levanto en el auto, Daneeaa tiene una taza de té sobre la mesa para Greg, que sin dudas es un servicio.
