Five Ways Pizza & Chicken in Liverpool

My food came chips were stiff and burnt my burger bun had mild on it in2 places straight in the bin. Not sure what’s happened here food used to be lovely last few times very didsappointed

i didn't get all of my order and it was cold what I received

This is the worst place I have ever ordered from the fried chicken was pink in the middle and the chicken burger was still frozen. I rang to complain an I just received abuse down the phone. Do not order from these.

Used to be my go to kebab place gave them very good reviews on just eat but a couple of month ago my order was disgusting got a 14" calzone and 10" of it was just crust, just thought it was a one off and kept ordering hoping it would go back to normal but every order just gets worse had 4 or 5 consecutive bad orders missing items and served very old dry donner meat it's a shame considering how good it was a few months ago it's like they just stopped caring won't be ordering anymore.

Placed an order online and they waited over an hour to call me and tell me they don't deliver to this postcode- when they have in the past. We went to collect the food instead and asked if they can add drinks or refund the delivery charge that we paid online. The staff member became very rude and kept stating 'it's not my problem', and refused to do anything about it. Another member of staff intervened and sorted the issue in the end. Unfortunately the situation ruined our day and the pizza was colder than that man's heart😔. Save your money and don't get cold pizza from here.

food was almost cold which is a Shame as I've ordered here before and it was nice and hot. The order was missing some fries also.

ordered kids premier burger meal , thinking it was a beef burger . turns out it's chicken doesn't say anywhere that it is . Also you can't order burger without sauce on app so had to pit ketchup on order then put on notes no sauce on burger, came covered in red sauce . questioned it with shop and was told only do chicken burgers and was no notes on order. I don't know if this was down to just eat app or shop. Also kebab had the texture of warmed up pre cooked chicken . first and last time use

Am not happy with the food I ordered,the Donna meat was Rock hard on the pizza it was horrible I spent a lot on the pizza aswell.

Food was brilliant, and the delivery driver was wonderful he closed the door for me which was extremely helpful. Thank you

We had a family meal from here recently to celebrate a birthday and all had a range of meals consisting of fish, chips, fried rice, donner kebabs and pizza. The majority of the family enjoyed their meals and all  thought the BBQ sauce was tasty, but I weren't too impressed with the pizza which I found bland or the chips which were soggy to me. Nonetheless I found the chicken nuggets very tasty and would order them again if I come back here in the future. I have took two stars off because the orders took over an hour to arrive and we ordered x2 portions of large chips but we only received one which was dissappointing.

ordered large kebabs the chicken kebab had 4 pieces of chicken n the mixed wasn't so large and the salad/mayo wasn't so nice .. not bothering with these again

Pizza was very doughy not enough cheese an was cold and not cut properly took 2 hours to arrive an it was 10 minutes down the road end phome when trying to order

Great place for kebabs and chips, my new go-to place for a kebab (Good portion sizes).

Always love a takeaway from here and this was great service and good food as ever. Thank you.

large kebab full of chili sauce when not asked for. couldn't eat it as it was so over powering! what a waste of money! should be able to have options of what exactly salad wanted. onion and kwttuce options only. would like the option of no tomatoes or cucumber.

Couldn’t even eat it, had a really bad taste like it was cooked in old cooking oil and wasn’t hot. Probably the worst tasting chicken I’ve ever had.

Driver was very rude stood outside with food for ages so food was cold and his reply was don’t order from us again even though I am a regular customer

The food is so authentic beautiful i will honestly stick to this place now i usually go else were but ive finally found a place were the pizza and kebabs are cooked and served with the correct spices and cooked with a professional manner thank uou 👌

Food received not hot. Pizza was almost cold and had began to harden. Regret having tipped and ruined my meal.

Came with wrong order so had to take it back and bring my order which had then become cold

the food in general was really nice and fresh but when it came my kebab meal had no chips which its meant to have, bit of a let down ☹️

you can't ask for no sauce so we ask for the sauce separate thay put it all over the food so spoilt are meals

My food has been delivered freezing cold and the lamb is like trying to chewing a car tyer not happy at all waiting well over a hour 30 pound for our food for it to go in bin

Everything was cold! Chicken kebab was burnt! Shish kebab was overclocked! Can’t even explain how the garlic mayo tasted like , it didn’t even look right!! Fries was overcooked and of course cold!! Also didn’t fancy sending the sauce tubs that was ordered. Well done guys!!!

All food wrong and can't get refund

Pizza was great. Chicken poor, I was reluctant to feed it to the dogs. Wrong cans delivered. Is it so hard to deliver what's ordered.

Food was cold and soggy small portion also wrong drink. Second time iv orderd from here nothing special just mediocre. Not worth the money!

Usually love our order from the restaurant and really don't mind when it's a little bit later than planned as it usually updates with any delays, however tonight the food was unusually late, when I called I was told they had left ten mins prior to my call so should only be a further few minutes, waited another 15mins before it arrived, driver came to the door with my order not in any bags/insulated delivery bag, so the food was barely warm. Just really disappointed tbh.

Gravy was spilt all over the meals and the chicken was burnt awfull

Cold food and terrible delivery time.

Delivery time had changed 3 times , leaving us waiting for food for about 1hr 30 mins. Contacted the chippy to see where it was and they rang me straight back with an update. Even tho we waited for the food it was worth the wait, it was spot on, roasting and bursting with flavour 🙂

Avoid the fried chicken, it's awful. Cheesy chips were absolutely tasteless tonight and the jalapeno balls have barely any jalapeno. Their doner is nice and their pizzas are great though.

My burger had a bite taken out of it when I opened it unfortunately 🫠

Cheesy chips and sides were okay, but the chicken burger was soggy and the chicken was reformed mush rather than a fillet. Really disappointed this time and wouldn't order chicken again from here.

Cant rate it as the driver refused to bring it into the building claiming he wasn't insured. Someone from Fiveways then rang, he also said wasnt insured but would send him back with it, when i pointed out it was likely to be cold by now, he cancelled the order and said he couldnt do anything about it. Lets see how long Just Eat take to process my refund?

Food was OK. Pizza bit burnt but edible. Forgot my sons drink but when I rang they did deliver another one. Chips where abit over cooked. Waited nearly 2 hours.

Your food is amazing and for a bonus the delivery driver with the tattoos on his neck was beautiful

Great service ordered 2 kebabs but the shop forgot pack the chips but after I phoned and explained the driver came back and delivered us the chips and 2 free drinks. Thank you

Such big portions! These are the best chips, crispy but oven size.

Really generous portions had mixed kebab meal was delicious delivery man was really nice too.

Love this place! Tried the ham/mushroom pizza this time and it was lush, chips thin and crispy again and the kebabs are huge. Happy repeat customer- will order again.

Arrived 30 mins before the ETA, piping hot, did ask for no salt on fries and I got ones with red salt on so they kinda got wasted, pizza was awesome though :)

Awful, first time ordering from here, asked for a tomato / garlic sauce mix base as per the available options, they sent a BBQ base instead which I cannot eat, Couldn't get through to restaurant on the phone. When you can't even get a pizza sauce right it's not a good sign, never again, evening ruined.

Think we’ve found a new go-to kebab place! Portions huge, chips thin and just salty enough, chicken and lamb both excellent and the stuffed crust pizza amazing! Really pleased we took a chance on a new place, will be return customers!
