It's closed kfc sort ya crap out

Been open 4/5 years and now closed . I've only just started having something in there last 6 months , dont bother sending me my Nearest KFC as I don't drive and won't be going again as when I'm in town etc etc their is more places to eat , And don't do delivery's

kept up to date but was told a time then changed to later time.

Utter useless service ordered food 2 hours later they refunded my money! Heres an idea dont take the order if you have no one to take it! This happems now wirh most orders greed before service every time!

chicken was warm very dry skin was burnt so crispy when bitten into hurt mouth chips cold I have just wasted £26 food was thrown away very poor service

The Boneless Mini Fillets were greasy, full of grey stuffing, white slime, stringy chicken and way too much pepper! The Mini Fillets were the worst we’ve ever had - absolutely disgusting and very nauseating!

The food was so disappointing . My can was warm and the chips were warm as well. The chicken was cold All put in the bin :(

My boyfriend recieved wrong burger.

The food was delivered really fast but when arrived was cold and missing the mini fillet from both trilogy boxes, all 3 cans of Pepsi max and no gravy in the boneless banquet. I would like a refund, I am very disappointed as I have never been let down my kfc and just eat before.

This branch is excellent, the staff preparing delivery orders are very fast and attentive to their work. They are polite and respect the drivers and their time, And this ensures that the delivery time is much faster than other restaurants. Thank you so much!

I carnt belive the amount of chips I got less than half I would send a pic but its not letting me it feels like some one has done a joke on me an some one eat most of my chips carnt belive u served me them

Got the box deal with hot wings and popcorn chicken loads of food. Fast delivery foot was hot.

I ordered my food at 17.41 it got delivered at 19.15 this is unacceptable fir fast food if your busy don't take orders had 4 different delivery times don't use this branch when busy

Absolutely disgusting customer service stood there for 10 minutes before someone took my order and then I was told they couldn't fulfil the order because they didn't have the chicken or the side orders. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with this store and the closing time as well. Why 9pm of a Friday night it's the start of a weekend probably the busiest time for takeaways and fast food restaurants.

Vegan burger arrived with no salad and /or tomatoes inside - just a butty , vegan chicken and a lot of mayonnaise . Pretty disgusting for 8 pounds.

The order really disappointed me. The corn was swapped for gravy which was thrown away. The portion of fries was miniscule. If I could on this review I would send you a photo.

Shocking delivery missed food off our order and when we told the delivery driver he just wasn’t interested,what a joke.

we couldn't follow the delivery as the map wasn't working, the chicken in the trilogy box was dry, my 3 pieces of boneless were 3 standard pieces - 2 of which were dry and overcooked only the drumstick was edible, also there should have been 2 sauces but there was none!! I have never had such a bad order.

the 2 pots of gravy had been packed upside down and had spilt out over the food and packaging and over the delivery drivers car. we were left with a soggy mess. pictures available on request.

The delivery guy was a gentleman. But this slop your charging people for is abhorrent. Its as simple as that. You're a disgrace. Absolute filthy garbage. Where was my zinger burger. I threw 3 quarters of the bun away. Ripping people off like that! Sort yourselves out.

Dry, inedible chicken: looked like it had sat out for hours. Two pieces were congealed together. So disappointing.

3 KFC Fillet Burgers were spicy - why? If I wanted spice I would have ordered KFC Zinger Burgers! The spicy Fillet Burgers had a fiery burning taste which was so disgusting the KFC Fillet Burgers went in the bin!

Second time we have ordered and had items missing. Phoned up this time and was informed that we have to request a refund through Just eat and then re-order the missing items absolute joke its not hard to read receipt and place the items on a bag.

The chicken in the Fillet Burgers was so compressed it was hard and chewy with lots of KFC coating missing - they all went in the bin! Disgusting!

Fries and zinger burger were warm. Only another 2 customers in there. It was 1.15pm. The toilet had not been checked or clearly cleaned. Empty pinot grigio wine bottle on the floor and the tube of a cigarette. Rubbish on top of the closed bin. Dread to think what it was. All in all not nice. 4 members of staff there too. Would not return

Seems the norm now for belle vale kfc missing items from order ordered 2 zinger burger meals got fries burgers missing then in same order a bucket which had a rice side missing tried to call them answer machine as they don’t answer have asked for a refund and I am waiting on them to return my call after I left a message nearly every time this store never fulfils a complete order next time will avoid this particular store very poor

Missing one popcorn. Meals were nice and hot.

Ordered a trilogy box, no gravy came in it. I ordered an extra gravy too, got given 2 corn on the cobs😂. I rang up i spoke to some girl she said it was because they had none left and she was making it now? But all in fairness she did say to the lad who packed it. “Why didn't you just hold it back until i made it” so clearly the lad didn’t give a fudge and just tried to get the order out asap. I got told that theres nothing they can do i have to ring uber. Fortunately uber refunded me.

The chicken was pink and undercooked I have photo proof of this and would like a refund
