Fantastic chippy on site, not your normal on site take away, Proper decent food. Fish and chips are fantastic, Donner kebab is great, highly recommend! Cracking set of lads anorl!

Staff were rude, even though I had booked a table I was told to wait in the bar area and was left there for quite a while. I read the menu and was not impressed with it at all. I left without eating.

Excellent Sunday lunch, fantastic three courses with plenty of food and great service in a fantastic location. Plenty of choice at reasonable price Definitely recommend

Well what can I said we recently got married here and what a venue. But what makes the venue is the amazing staff from start to finish Mel has been there for us I would highly recommend this venue if you want to have a party a wedding or anything else Mel. And the team are the best

Went here today for the first time drive past it most days on the way home from work so we decided to give it a go, Friendly welcome as we arrived , Ordered starters Garlic creamy mushrooms Honey mustard sausages Mains Fish and chips was beautiful, Beef roast dinner , side colliflower cheese Was lovely only downfall was the Yorkshire pudding was slightly over done and burnt but other than that it was lovely would recommend and also go back try other dishes , Inside was lovely really old style venue love it!!

Booked for 7pm arrived 6.50 seated in reception area for over 30 mins. Seated at table had pompodom and mango chutneys. Then waited at leat forty minutes for mains when it finally arrived my husbands meal had coriander in it which he is allergic to and had specifically asked not to be given this. They offered to Cooked another one but we had waited long enough. Other couples also walked out before receiving meals. Very very poor service. Then at 8.35 we had no booking and nowhere else to eat. Thanks for ruining are night. Will not return

Came for the Friday grill night. No rib eye so we all had fillet steaks. The meat itself was great really tender but all of our steaks came overcooked. I asked for medium rare & there was only abit of pink in the middle. Everyone’s medium-well were all well done. We didn’t mention it on the check back as you can’t reverse an overcooked steak and didn’t want them to waste more meat on cooking all 4 again. But the steak itself was of good quality. The chips were 12/10 amazing. Cheesy Garlic bread 👏🏻 onion rings were delicioussss. The blue cheese sauce was good but we all agreed the pepper sauce wasn’t peppery enough it was quite bland and watery. Needs more cream & flavour. My sticky toffee pudding & custard was really good plenty of toffee sauce 😍 great honeycomb cheesecake but the Eton mess Sundae wasn’t good. Frozen fruit, hardly any meringue, thick cream or ice cream it was just swimming in sauce from the frozen fruit. Definitely needs fresh fruit & a proper strawberry sauce. We’ll 1000% be back, just hope the steaks aren’t overcooked next time! Lovely place xxx

We had to wait 40 minutes for food to arrive and when did the veg was cold, the beef was really tuff and the chicken chewy. We were asked if we would like a fresh dish of veg and that was was all. there was no sorry or offer of money back. NEVER will visit again

Arrived at this outlet at 6:20am and it's shut, it should be open at 6am. This is the second time in a week this has happened, I'd suggest that Starbucks should employ people who can get out of bed on time or advertise that this branch is on Flexi time depending on what the staff attitude is.
