The best restaurants in Tottington Bury North West

Sadly we experienced an awful night here for my dad’s birthday. Dreadful service. We were told we weren’t booked in and left waiting around when we were. When they realised their mistake there was very little by way of an apology. It was apparently all a big joke! Then we were taken to our table which was so crammed that a lady was sat with her back to us between myself and my father. Our order wasn’t taken for forty minutes and the waiter went to other tables first and they actually ended up sending him over to us. One waiter came over and I smiled at him thinking he was going to take our order when he turned his back on me and actually walked off!

Had a light lunch today, I had soup - spiced sweet potato and my husband had the quiche,salad and crushed potatoes everything we had was delicious and obviously home made and also well priced. Good choice of cakes on display which we didn't have today but will certainly be back to sample them.

Absolutely no issue with the meal or delivery. The food was really tasty and of good sized portions. The delivery chap was on-time & super friendly too. We'll definitely be ordering from here again, thanks.

Decent little bar in Totty. It's warm and welcoming inside with a nice drinking area out the back. Have plenty of cocktails on the menu and there's always a happy hour each day (time dependant). Quiz of Tuesdays is a great laugh and the bar is also dog friendly.

We loved the tapas choices and will definitely be coming back for more. Fantastic friendly service too 👏 😊

Sort your parking situation out. At least let us know where we can park when your 6 car carpark is full. Saves us getting in altercations with local residents…….

Food was nice when it arrived but it took an hour and it wasn't that busy. Checked bill and had been charged for an extra item. They amended bill without question, but an apology would have been nice. Unlikely to return.

Chose our own seating place which was good and 3 persons stood behind bar. However when seated at the table was obviously that it had not been cleaned by previous guests and when placing our order had to request to staff if it was possible our table could be cleaned as had grease and previous food left on our table and when subsequentionally wanted to re order our drinks of tea and coffee had to ask for a new cup was required for tea. great surroundings however new and unexperianced level of staffing standards and attention to fine eating experience was lacking.. A customer had food served and then had to ask for some cutlery to enable then to eat it and had to then get up and ask for required sauces Food presentation looked amazing and delicious however your front of staff was the let down as 1 young girl was dancing and was so not aware of the customer needing assistance. May be more training and service with the front of house staff will make the dining experiance much less annoying and feel like we do not mind paying for good food and great customer service

It's takeaway pizza so don't expect Michein stars. I got generous toppings and a nice tomato sauce. Very good. Definitely one of the better takeaway pizzas I have had.

Always found the ladies at Allen's Bakery to be helpful, particular shout out to Susan. Wide range of hot and cold barms, pies/pasties, salads, hot foods. HUGE cake portions - my favourite being the variety of rocky roads. Always seem to be busy with Deliveroo orders. I regularly recommend them to anyone at work in need of a take away lunch.

Having placed a phone order, I was told Jamil has now merged with the Shukria. Upon arriving to collect my order, three unmasked youths were waiting in the limited indoor space with no apparent Covid precautions and no face masks. When my food was offered I was then told their card machine was out of order and asked to obtain cash from an ATM a short distance away. At that, I had to say I felt their performance over Covid regulations was unsatisfactory and as they could not process my card payment, I declined to take my food. The lack of Covid precautions means I will not be returning.
