Not gonna lie this meal was vile... coleslaw had gone off they used margarine as butter for my jacket potato my mums tuna jacket tasted like it had gone off will not come here again

Ordered asked for no burger sauce over the top & cheesy fries. Recieved with sauce over the top & cheesy undercooked wedges. Phoned up, had music blaring & was called a liar saying we hadn't made alterations on the app we got what we ordered. Told to walk around as don't live far away & give it them back before they'd redo order. They then changed their mind after 5 minutes of back & forth, saying they'd do it for us but we had to give old order to driver (find by us, it was wrong & we weren't going to eat it due to allergies). Told it would be with us in 20 minutes max. Phoned back 25 minutes later same guy (shift manager called Leroy) to be laughed at & told its on its way. 8 minutes later we get it. Delivery driver was lovely. Put a complaint in online & a few days later got a call off a woman whom said she was the store manager. Eventually apologised saying she'd give us some free cheesy fries next time we ordered. Told her we wouldn't be then listed off a reel of problems we've had over the past few months & we were told we'd get a full refund. Never got a full refund. Contacted them back to ask why, told by a young lad he'd get manager to contact us, she never did. Tried a few days later to contact them again & my phone won't go through (think we might have been blocked). Contacted their head office nothing was done, emailed them nothing was done. Still a month later didn't get the refund store manager promised!!!. Food was wrong, inital pizzas were lukewarm, wedges instead of fries were hard & undercooked, called liars & shouted at down the phone by the "shift manager Leroy" laughed at down the phone, had music blaring down the phone. So unprofessional, rude. No respect to customers or to allergens (reason couldn't have the burger sauce over the top). Do disrespectful. Lost 3 loyal customers

First time ordering from here absolutely brilliant service and the food was very very good .Will be ordering again in the near future

I been trying eat once here with my friend I get meal chicken wings I feel deezy and sick all day I don't advice anyone try eat here until he make change about his food

Been to bistro on a few occasions, but today was extremely disappointing, I know you may have to wait , but the way a member of staff conducted herself was not very welcoming, shouting through the line to people, when it was our turn to be seated , she didn't look back to us and just pointed to the table, the food was Luke warm and the floors and tables looked really dirty, not a pleasant experience, also the sinks in the ladies room could do with a clean
