Sadly we experienced an awful night here for my dad’s birthday. Dreadful service. We were told we weren’t booked in and left waiting around when we were. When they realised their mistake there was very little by way of an apology. It was apparently all a big joke! Then we were taken to our table which was so crammed that a lady was sat with her back to us between myself and my father. Our order wasn’t taken for forty minutes and the waiter went to other tables first and they actually ended up sending him over to us. One waiter came over and I smiled at him thinking he was going to take our order when he turned his back on me and actually walked off!

Toto, previously known as San Rocco Pleasantly decorated and fabulous attentive service. The bread and olives came with a gargantuan amount of olives mixed with peppers and lemon Bread lovely and fresh. The Carpaccio starter had 4 large slices of beef that was extremely tender. The scallops and black pudding starter had very well cooked sweet scallops which were offset perfectly by the spiciness of the black pudding. We had the Tagliatelle Livornese and Melograno Royale for mains. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and well presented, especially the Melograno Royale. The service was second to none and we would certainly return if we were staying in the area.
