I ordered some food from trufflez last night with a couple of my friends and it was amazing! We got a waffle, a vegan cake and a brownie and they were all absolutely delicious. It was hard to choose what to have off the menu because there was so much choice but you can tell it's made fresh and the brownie in particular was yummy! Sometimes vegan options can be a bit bland as well but the cake was really good. Would definitely recommend 😊

What a transformation, we have the luxury of being a walk away. I had rag pudding, hubster had steak pie, wonderful. So good we've been a few times now and always been greeted and made welcome. Even when we took our puppy, he got plenty of attention and a treat or two.

I went by to pick up my mobile order 7th November 10.45am and gave them 10 minutes to prepare it before I rocked up. As I work in a coffee shop at a drive thru myself and hate to be that person who shows up straight away after placing the mobile order. For one my toasties wasn't even toasted but mainly it was the customer service that I was angered by. A middle-aged man took my order, to which I said I have a mobile order to collect. He said "Well usually ypu have to come in to the store". To which I said right I didn't know, I'd never heard of Costa not giving it mobile orders at drive-thru. When everywhere else I've been does, and it makes sense to. I drove round and challenged it to the man and the older lady who passed me my order (that was ready). I asked if I had my 1 year old child asleep in the back seat, they're telling me I'd had to carry him in, waking him up in the process? They said yes... the guy then popped his head round and asked the older lady "she's got her order?". The woman said "yeah" and he replied "no problem then" and she gave me a dirty glare. So I gave them both the daggers and drove off. I'm appalled by the way they went about it altogether. They didn't state its company policy, they just said "yeah you'd have to come in". Now, as a parent I can admit that I struggled sometimes looking after myself as I put all my energy into making sure my son is happy, rested, clean and fed. So drive thru's I highly rely on when I'm on the go to somewhere to grab something to atleast line my stomach. * So let's say Costa does make people come in to pick up their order if they're in a similar situation like me, especially seen as my toddler likes to sleep in the car, as do many. You're saying we'd have to bring our kids in just to grab a bag off the counter and wake them? *What about disabled or older people who use the drive-thru to remain safe inside their vehicle? Like this time of year its very icy or chucking it down with rain. You'd make them come in? *What about those who don't like being around others, and use the drive thru for discretion to not cause attention to themselves, you'd make them come in? These are just a handful of valid reasons,

Booked table, and when we had arrived they asked if we wanted child's area as we had 3 children...this was great as it keep them entertain until their food came.. Service was great by all staff we interacted with, especially Sarah and Mia.. we wasn't rushed to leave and it was very relaxing. Was a little let down by the food, wouldn't necessary have a carvery again within the week..but the kids meals where great.
