came here on a tuesday night for the weekly pub quiz. food was great, ordered using the app and it was with us within 10 minutes. good fun and great vibes !!

Booked table, and when we had arrived they asked if we wanted child's area as we had 3 children...this was great as it keep them entertain until their food came.. Service was great by all staff we interacted with, especially Sarah and Mia.. we wasn't rushed to leave and it was very relaxing. Was a little let down by the food, wouldn't necessary have a carvery again within the week..but the kids meals where great.

last minute unplanned visit for tea with 5 kids. seated straight away drinks arrived not long after service was fast and welcoming. a very busy server named Chris made time to check we was okay and was very friendly with us and our kids. food was delicious. surprised how fast we was served and welcome as it was a busy time on a Saturday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came here for breakfast and was served by a lovely girl called Mel on the bar, very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Got to the breakfast buffet where I handed my ticket to a girl called Rebekah also lovely and very chatty. Food was amazing and bought a cake away from Carol who was just as lovely as Mel and Rebekah. Thank you girls will deffo be back soon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food ok, restaurant area near play area a but noisy and scruffy looking but other parts of restaurant nice. our waiter Kris was superb, really friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble.

Visited this carvery on a Friday afternoon - was good to see a place so busy! Food was fresh and hot with a good variety! Great service by all staff including Carol. Would recommend!

We ordered our breakfast at the bar with Emily, she checked if anyone had any allergies which my three children do. Emily checked what items the children could have and ordered the non gluten containing sausages and toast with the kitchen. Mel brought the items out along with my breakfast. Both were really helpful and the customer service was great!

Highly recommend! Took the family for Dinner and it was only our 2nd time at Pine Tree and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating with our young family. We were placed in the family area where the boys had access to the small play area which kept them both busy for over an hour. I am Gluten intolerant and the 'Non gluten containing menu' was fantastic. I ordered the Hunters Chicken and it was really tasty. Prices are very reasonable and Gemma who works there was very friendly and helpful and even stayed for a chat with us. We're looking at going again real soon.

Yet again another fantastic visit to Pine Tree. Rob and Leah went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special.Cake and candle and singing !! Lovely staff especially sarah made us very welcome. Food was brill, cant beat a carvery. Affordable & baby friendly with the baby feeding station where able to warm own bottles instead of having to mess behind the bar for water etc.
