Haute Dolci Bolton in Bolton

I ordered a pistachio kunefe crepe for collection order. Later realised I was mistakenly given the wrong crepe. When I called up I was asked to return to the store to pick up my correct order as there was a “mix up”. Not happy with this service

£15 for a cake… and no tap water. Won’t be returning.

The waffle didn’t have enough chocolate on like it was bare and manager starts arguing with me about it then starts blaming staff that after this arguing they caused my waffle to be cold then staff made sly remarks the manger is an unprofessional tep

Got served by Shara and Amina and they were such professional and friendly girls. Order was spot on . Can never go wrong with this place. Delicious!!!!!!!!!

Honestly been going since dolci had first opened in Bolton. Just went recently and it was appalling. I’ve never been one to complain about food, however when I ordered a waffle and it came with barely any chocolate sauce I complained and asked for more because the waffle was literally called “The Chocoholic” like there should be more chocolate sauce?? Instead of just going to pour more chocolate I heard all the staff talking about how we was asking for more chocolate and making such sly comments. It made me feel so low when I’m the one paying for the food I want to enjoy. Iv always enjoyed coming here, but the unprofessionalism from the staff was actually appalling.

Our experience here was absolutely superb! We visited with family, and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially towards the kids. They even prioritized my child's dessert order, knowing little ones can be impatient. Such thoughtful service truly made our visit special. A solid 10/10 from us!

We had a cheese sandwich which was delicious and it was my 1st time trying out something other then desert at Dolchi. There deserts are always a hit and I got a pistachio cold latte which was very tasty I would definitely recommend.

The truffle pasta and falafel burger was really good. The chocolate cake was outstanding. Amina was very polite and friendly taking orders.

Food is ok but service can be slow. I also wanted a glass of tap water which I didn’t think would be a problem as we were spending £60 in the place - but apparently tap water isn’t free. Ridiculous. Try thinking about your customers first rather than your pocket

Found a piece of plastic from the packaging in my dessert, and Ayaz refused to handle the situation despite putting a choking hazard in a dessert.

Shocking experience. Ordered knafeh croffle - tasted oily/burnt. Asked for a fresh one but manager refused and expected me to eat the parts with no knafeh and still pay!!!! You couldn’t even make this stuff up. Last time i’m coming here.

Don’t get the kunafa croffle it tastes awful. Informed the staff and the manager resisted taking it off the bill, expecting us to eat the half that didn’t have kunafa on it. Don’t understand how it could taste so bad, it tasted like it had way too much grease in it rather than pistachio cream. Have been here many times before but don’t think I will bother from now on

All the food made is amazing. My personal favourite the ferrero Roche milkcake Amina and all other staff were extremely friendly.

I ordered a cookie dough for delivery and it was completely burned to a crisp and so thin. Haute Dolci used to have good cookie dough but now it’s extremely overpriced and not at all worth it for what you get.

Had a great experience here from the food to the hospitality especially from Shara.

Shara was amazing and very accommodating towards us and assisted with any question we had throughout our visit :)

The only server we had available at the time was Maliha and she did NOT disappoint. The food was hot and the ice cream we also ordered was amazing. She made our day. We had to leave early but the chefs had to step out so we got told to wait 20 mins but she especially asked for our food to be made first because we were in a rush. Thank you Maliha 🫶🏼🫶🏼.

Beautiful presentation of food, fitting for the atmosphere. Unique flavour combinations and options. The lady that makes the hot chocolates needs a raise! Perfectly dripped chocolate every time on the mugs. Great service. Had better cruffles but well worth a visit!

I visited this place at 12 pm the place was very clean the food was delicious and the service was great and the staff were great .there is an employee named Faiyez he is a nice person he served us he was cheerful and nice with us.

We went to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday. The staff were amazing service and food was top notch. Faizan took care of all our needs and even the staff accommodated our request . The fondue was the best in bolton!!! We Can't wait to come back again. Thank you to all the staff

Went to haute dolce with the family. Parking was good, as we entered in through the gates behind the building. The ambience in the restaurant was nice and calm. The menu was easy to read and it had a very good selection of food. Food was really nice and very tasty. Definitely a place to go with family and friends.

Desserts were absolutely delicious and a lovely atmosphere at Haute Dolci. Great service provided by Faiyaz and overall a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!

Haute Dolci Bolton is an excellent establishment for dining. The staff members are exceptionally courteous. Regarding the San Sebastian cheesecake, while I cannot claim it to be on par with those found in Istanbul or at 8oz in Saudi Arabia, it stands out on its own. For those who have not experienced the offerings from those locations, this cheesecake is certainly commendable. The flat white was remarkable and pairs wonderfully with the cheesecake.
