Costa Coffee in Bolton

I love this Costa. The staff are the most friendly and courteous. Perfect Mocha every time.

ordered at 9:20, came at 10:55. 1hr 35mins for a coffee order that was estimated to arrive at 9:45 at the time of ordering. no customer service options to help in real time

Took my order then ignored me for approx 10 mins even though I was first in the queue in the drive through. No acknowledgement that I was there at all.

Amazing place, great staff But as a life long COSTA customers, unfortunately on three separate occasions the coffee wasn’t up to Costa standard. Flat white is not great. Twice was too hot almost got burnt , once too frothy. Seems like the entire team needs retraining.

The guy serving this Thursday and friday around 7am is always friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you

Costa coffee at fourlane ends. Not very impressed with this one at the moment. Personally this place is usually good. But at the moment I'm not impressed. There is a Asian lady works there that prepares your drinks she serve your drinks to quickly you can hardly keep up with her.up to now every time I've ordered a latte it's never hot enough its always on the cool side and have to take it back to be heated to temperature. She seems to miss out heating the cup first hence a not very hot coffee. Also her foot wear is very grubby and looks like they need a good clean. I love costa coffee but this outlet isn't in my opinion on form

Just had a flat white. It was perfect. Family had bacon barms. Not much bacon inside. Overall, the place was clean and tidy.

Used the drive-through today on Sat morning before a trip from Manchester to the lakes. The lady who answered was really upbeat and easy to make the order with. The 4 drink order was made quickly and drinks all high Costa standards. On our way Happy.

Brews were decent but the barista didn't give me the correct amount of "beans" on my Costa app for the reusable cups.

Please ask your staff to improve their hands hygiene. Older woman who was at the drive through till on 2/9/2023 had the dirties hands I have ever seen. Dirt under her nails knocked me sick. This people serving our food and drink!!!! This is disgusting

I went through the drive through today (22/7/23) and ordered 2 regular latte and 2 cinnamon swirls. When I got to the window to to pay the lady serving was too busy finishing off her conversation with her colleague and then I noticed it, her hands and finger nails were absolutely disgusting, they were dirty and the amount of dirt under her nails was enough to plant potatoes in, her fingers were also covered in yellow nicotine stains. When we drove off I started thinking about it and thought that this woman probably does not even was her hands after the toilet, well the latte and cinnamon swirls went In the bin. This woman needs to either wear food gloves or pulled up on her hygiene.

Called of for a coffee after shopping. They were quite busy as the weather was hot. Ordered 2 cappuccino and 2 cakes. The coffee was nice but the cake was very dry.

Plenty of car parking spaces. Shop is clean and staff are pleasant and professional. Drink and food was top class. Definitely recommend this shop.

Absolutely disgusting. Disabled toilet locked as they closed in 7 mins and refused to open it for a wheel chair user to use. This was at 17.15 when its advertised at closing at 8p. Staff rude and obnoxious.

My recent visit to Costa Coffee was a delightful experience. The store was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I ordered a large cappuccino with oat milk, and it was prepared perfectly.The atmosphere of the store was relaxed and cozy, making it the perfect spot to catch up with friends or work remotely. Overall, my visit to Costa Coffee was enjoyable.

It's Costa I love it I knocked off one star only because the staff do tend to finish off their conversation with colleagues as they open the window on the drive through. Sometimes it's a bit confusing who they are talking to (not to mention bad manners). Once you get their attention though they're friendly and helpful.

Always nice and clean when we visit. Tables cleaned and always stocked up. Worth a ride out to visit this Costa.

Service was slow but only because there wasn't enough staff. 1 on drive thru, 1 on the counter & 1 making drinks for both! The staff on shift were really welcoming and friendly.

Visited today was served by livvy,nicest customer service I've had for a while. The toasted sandwiches were perfect, and I know they are done in the little oven but other costa's burn them and there dry. Had the black forest hot chocolate, oh my the guy that made them was a perfectionist. Thanks 😉

Nice a Costa light and airy downside it is on the smaller side so to sit in can be an issue able to sit in once out of 4 times we visited and we had to clear table.

This particular COSTA started off quite slowly when first opened. The focus was on the drive-through. It is situated on a 'clean' industrial estate and near a large ALDI supermarket. Now, however, the number of sit-in customers has increased and the coffee shop has a pleasing buzz about it. Be aware, though, that walkers often leave their cars in the smallish car park while they stroll off. On occasion this can mean a restricted number of places available. The staff have been friendly and welcoming on the several occasions we have called in. They are also committed to serving you quickly so that waiting times are relatively short even on busy days. 4 stars overall would be 5 if the car park had a larger capacity.

We use to go every weekend. Coffe is ok, but staff is the best of this place. They're always nice and helpful.

I love this Costa. Go through the drive thru at least twice or three times a week. Staff are so lovely. After shopping around at different Costa's this one is by far the BEST. Hot choc here is to die for especially when Sophie makes it. Really chocolatey just how I like it. In some other Costa shops its just like hot or warm milk. Well done Sophie you are my star!!! I travel 6 miles to go here and wont go to any other now. Love Costa its the best. X

My wife and I called in yesterday and this morning l realised that l had lost my credit card and my driving licence. I called back this morning on chance and as l entered the assistant waved to me to tell me they had found it.what a relief!! Many thanks to the staff and management.

Staff clearly can't be bothered to make the Christmas coffees like the pictures they advertise if you want coffee served by someone who looks like they don't want to be there this is the place. Next time I'll drive straight past and to a independent coffee shop

Drive thru employee didn't put the lid on my drink properly resulting in the entire cup of coffee spilling all over my car. Not only did i lose £4 on my drink, the car will need a valet to sort out the mess.
