Come here with my husband on 1st April for some pub lunch. Great food the new chicken sandwich on garlic bread is so delicious! Staff were so lovely welcoming and friendly Lisa the waitress had lovely smile and was very attentive with what ever we needed, praises all round Definitely would come back again.

Came today to the wacky warehouse! Was served by Lizzy! Very friendly and talked to my child which he loved! Had a caramel latte which was made perfectly too!! Thank you for a great visit!

Came on Sunday as a group of 10 they was very accommodating and got a table for us and the food was lovely had lovely service of Kevin and a guy in a blue top, I came back on Tuesday with me and friend and Kevin and the same man got us a table and served us amazing food again I would definitely recommend the facilities was lovely and clean. Also adding the deals they do during the week days, they also doing an Easter bunny visit for the children.

Food was good and service excellent, special shout to the lady who was in charge of the wacky warehouse, when she wasn't serving she was cleaning the area thoroughly

Food was cold, items missing. All in all a disaster. I hope it's just a one off. I will try again as everyone is entitled to a bad day. I will update review after next visit

I had high hopes, but unfortunately i was disappointed. The coffee i ordered came half filled in a massive mug, and it was very strong, like a plain shot of espresso strong , i then asked for milk and they gave me cold milk (maybe i should have specified that i wanted warm milk ), i took the coffee back and they said they made it in a cup that is to big and they remade it ,good on them for the effort, still bad tasting coffee. We then ordered the halloumi strips for starters and it was golden crispy delicious, i then ordered a southern fried chicken wrap and tbe tortilla lookss half raw and tasted chewy and inside there was a little bit of green and cut up breaded chicken Breast in, no sause or mayo or anything else inside the wrap, the chips that came with it was steak cut chips, that was mediocre. I had an Apple and berry crumble for desert and that wasn't bad, but i had bettwr crumble at simular places. My Husband had a quadzilla and he said the beef patty was good but the butter milk chicken breasts were soggy. He had thw ultimate big candymania, it was massive, might be that we missed that its a shared dessert, but it waz delicious regardless. The seating was a bit cramped when we were there.

Rachael was lovely & very approachable. The food was delicious especially the tandoori chicken sizzler. 10/10 and the service was outstanding. Rachael gave the kids colouring to keep them occupied. We will be back :)

Took my family here this evening after it being recommended and what a disappointment all the food was burnt or undercooked I got a mixed grill and here are pictures of the chickenbwhich as you can see was burnt and the steak was supposed to be medium/well done and if i didnt know better it looked like it should have still been in the field there was a pool of blood on my plate it was that under cooked . As for my wife's salmon it was bland and no taste how they can make it tasteless is beyond me. The place was dirty with what looked like dog fouling all over the carpet and the smell was awful my daughter actually commented that the toilets was the cleanest and best smelling part of the pub. It was that bad my kids love deserts and was begging to go rather than have there deserts. Overall this is the worse place I have eaten in a long time

Ordered food and drinks for table service and after 10 mins I went bar to see what was taking so long, a lady had just started shift and didn't know where any of previous shift staff were, so I deducted 1 star for service ad everything else was spot on. The staff were polite, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Food I've given 5 stars but it deserved more. It tasted better than could be expected and was more than could be eaten. The meat was cooked to perfection. Atmosphere only got 1 star as there was nobody else there (including staff when I arrived). Would I return? Already got it planned for in a couple of weeks. Wasn't a fan of the attached Wacky Warehouse as staff was rude, and abrupt, whilst not enforcing the rules she had just read out. More interested in doing absolutely nothing than wanting to serve customers as well.

There appears to be a lot of fake reviews for this place, so I'll put one in that's real. Food is dire. The kids' play area is awful, dirty, and desperate for a refurb. (it needed one a decade ago).

Pub was completely empty and food came out just warm, wait time was fairly long with it being empty and serving staff was ignorant and seemed like they didn't or couldn't be bothered serving us will not be going again

The interior needs a serious revamp. There isn't much of an atmosphere. The food isn't great, one lasagna had to be sent back as half of it was cremated, and their "full" English breakfast would barely fill my 3 year old (1 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 hash, 1 egg, few mushrooms and beans) looked like a children's meal 😄.

Booked table for 18 people wasn't enough seating to start with then we ordered food starters came out then 3 main courses came out and the rest waited a further 90 minutes for ours to come which mine was not edible asked 3 or 4 times about where food was as a 4 year old was still waiting and got told different story each time the only thing good about tonight was my refund for such poor food place is a shambles

The food was fine and hot. No problems! However what let it down for us or we would have given full stars, we had to ask for dirty dishes to moved from the table before we sat down. There was food all over the table still but even after asking no one cleaned the table. So as a result we had to go and ask for a cloth and spray and clean our own table. I think that’s unprofessional that we had to clean our own table. Otherwise the staff were nice and food was fine. Made us think twice coming again over that incident as we come to eat quite often with the family.

I love coming here for something to eat and drink. Always a good choice of food and cakes. A good shop for those essentials. I also pick up my parcels from here

I have been coming here for 20+ years. The food has always been great. For the first time, we came to have breakfast with santa. We will now be coming every year! It was such an amazing atmosphere, and the staff truly went above and beyond for the little ones. It's worth every penny! 💕

Friendy staff and a nice pleasant atmosphere.

The food was tasteless, I had the lasagne and I have tasted better microwave versions. The staff were dismissive and looked miserable. The pub is dirty including the cutlery, we had to use napkins to remove food residue. The only positive was the price which unfortunately reflected the poor service, atmosphere and quality of the food. We booked for 11 people and when directed to our table we had to rearrange additional tables ourselves to accommodate our party. We will not be visiting this pub again.

It is a green king pub with no green kind beer and had none for 4 years. And this season you have taken football off the screens you want to be a food only pub.
