44 Darwen St, Blackburn, BB2 2BH, United Kingdom, England
Says there open till 2:30 am but yet I placed an order at 11:30pm to have it declined and then to show up on just eat that they were closed obviously don't want custom
When first open, the owners were spending more time and the food and service was best in Business... since last year new staff has come, food is just slap dash and who talk and treat customer in a very rude manner.. take it or leave attitude with a scary and threatening tone of voice (I hate it when the one with the beard at the front throws the food at you when picking up the takeaway).. I think the owners need to come back in and take control of Mr Joes Blackburn.
Popped in for a restoring bite during a cycle along the nearby Liverpool-Leeds canal. Friendly staff, a good range of options: sandwiches, wraps, jacket potatoes and (excellent) toasties. All good value. Job done!
This restaurant is unlicensed at the moment so no alcohol. Also there was no seabass or steaks or heating. The owner did bring out a plug in fan heater.
Food collected and prices were different but still paid. Eaten here before and always been provided with a receipt, rang today as we forgot to get this and was told no, very blunt and pretty rude actually.
The food wasn't all that either, the "salad" is 5 lettuce leaves, 3 pieces of cucumber, tomatoes, onions a mountain of dry pasta and cheap tuna. Will not be ordering from here again.
Some people won't say anything unless they've got something negative to say but we think this is a great takeaway that sells great food. Ordered for my family of 4 and the food arrived warm and in good time. They do a great job with putting up with customers who don't know how to respect other human beings and they provide good customer service even on busy nights. Very good portion sizes for a price that's 100% worth it. Will definitely be buying from here again.
