The worst customer service and food me and my colleagues have ever had! Spoke to like rubbish on the phone several times and we have spent alot of money here. The foods cold, items are always missing and foods not cooked properly and when we call to complain again we get spoken to like rubbish. We have now moved butty shops - The lady that works there is nasty on the phone and needs to go on a customer service! 2 MONTHS LATER I HAVE NOW BEEN CALLED BY THE LADY REGARDING THIS REVIEW AND AS A RESULT HAS NOW BARRED ME FROM ORDERING - DEFINATLY NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS....LIKE I SAID, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND I STAND BY MY REVIEW!
