The best restaurants in Barnes Sunderland North East

Highly recommend the food as its hot fresh and delicious. Creamy chicken was lush, mixed grill and lamb casserole also out of this world. Sweet treats were moreish.

Every time I get a Chinese takeaway from their place. They really do deliver a high end product. Amazing food tonight. And the food is always piping hot Job well done…👍

Met the mam himself there. The legend, Harvey. I am sure one day people will be wanting to visit his eatery as much as that Salt Bae bloke. Wonderful Chinese chicken! I'm sure the cellar bar will be open at some point soon!

These are absolutely delicious! The texture of the brownies are spot on, the packaging and asthetics of the brownies are great. An amazing sweet treat for afternoon tea. They were finished within in minutes! Will be ordering again soon!!

Didn't notice any difference since the changeover.. We had Ham &Peas pudding, Ham Salad and Prawn Salad buns...all were great...Will definitely return

First time using this restaurant takeaway as we are totally spoilt for choice in Sunderland. I had a tikka chicken madras keema pillau and dal tarka. Have to say the food was excellent with quick delivery. Looking forward to taking my addict group to sit in to try the service.

Wow, the food was delicious. Best curry I’ve had since moving to Sunderland. Exceptionally good. Used collection and food was ready in 10/15 mins. 100% will use again, or may try the restaurant

Fabulous food piping hot. Good size portions and quality ingredients. Food was ready at exact time I ordered it. The menu is extensive with a few freebies added with a large order. Definitely recommended.

It’s nice to have another choice of pub in the area. The lager is well priced and the chef is excellent. She has vast experience having worked at Marcellos for years, her Dad owned it. The pub is getting a bad rap for certain things but these are things that occur in every pub so I think it’s really unfair to have a go about it. You can go in any pub toilet in the country and people making sounds that resemble someone suffering from hay fever shall we say. On the whole it’s a good local boozer like any other. It’s dog friendly and it’s a family local. Just a shame people seem hell bent on giving it a bad name.

Very poor food. When you complain they don't want to know. Eat there at your peril. Plenty other Chinese around . You have been warned 🤮

Muy molesto hoy. Gestión de este pub no maestros del vino. He adjuntado fotos de vino. 18 libras la botella. Prueba del 10%. ¡Impresionante! Este menú de pubs la comida es hermosa. Pero necesitan elegir bien el vino. Para ser justo el personal del bar llevó la queja de mis maridos a la dirección. En mi próxima visita. Esperarían que tomen esta revisión sobre los aburridos
