Comida que solo puedo describir como muy promedio. El servicio era muy lento debido a que estaba inusualmente ocupado. Uno de nuestros invitados pidió un aperitivo sin gluten solo para descubrir que el pan que venía con él NO era libre de gluten como se indica en el menú. Afortunadamente, no era celíaco ni padecía de Crohn, ya que eso habría tenido graves implicaciones para la salud. Es probable que no vuelva.

La comida era increíble. Mi esposa es una cocinera profesional y estaba muy impresionada. Hay un chef y una señora de la casa, ambos son familiares y acogedores y muy buenos para hacernos sentir parte de la noche. El vino también era fantástico. Máximas notas y una recomendación del 110 %.

Absolutely delicious. I’ve had ribs from numerous different countries and numerous brands but these are simply the best. They fell off the bone, were sticky and just all around more-ish. The chef had no wait staff to help and he ran that place like an absolute pro. Delicious food and super friendly! Absolutely a go to! :)

12:00 lunch on Sunday 26 Nov. 2 adults 2 kids (4 & 6). We were the first order at opening. We went for the 20 pieces southern fried chicken with fries bundle. Staff member was very friendly and helpful. Portion was huge! Excellent succulent chicken breast dippers of generous size. A large box of tasty skin on chip/fries with rosemary salt. Chicken and the chips were extremely good and excellent value. Not too spicy for our young children who hoovered up the chicken and the chips. Lots of dips including pink garlic mayo, bbq, spicy mayo, sweet chilli plus standard ketchup and mayo. We really enjoyed it and there was some left to bring home. They don’t do pints but we bought some take outs from the Mauritian restaurant which has an outside tap, only £4 per pint and also super friendly. We sat at the main tables in the middle of the market. Would definitely recommend and will be back for great value family chicken and chips.

Ordenó en Uber East una comida para llevar. Recibió un pollo Katsu curry sin curry. Solo arroz hervido y pollo frito. ¿Podría hacer esto en casa solo? Llamé al conductor preguntando por una tercera bolsa con salsa de curry pero nada. Comida súper seca e incomible. Aceite frío en una taza pequeña todo derramado en la bolsa. Desperdicio de dinero, experiencia terrible, Uber come enviarme un reembolso ridículo incluso con fotos en evidencia. Evita este lugar.

We took the family here last weekend. It was my partners birthday and so her choice of restaurant! She made a good decision. The service was friendly and polite and we were taken through what everything was. Our young children loved their noodles and my partners curry was really well made. We’ll be going back as there’s so much more to try! Reasonably priced and I’m pretty sure a lot of people on the tables next to us were Mauritians so that was a good sign. Perfect lunch.

Really good food and great value for money. You can also bring your own drinks which makes the place fun for a dinner with friends.
