Tops Express Pizza in Wandsworth

Pizzas were lukewarm rather than piping hot ... Taste wasn't the best ... They were super stingy with the toppings and to top it off they brought the wrong drink . Avoid

Asked for deep pan got thin crust the chicken wings were so salty had to throw them away plus olives all over pizza 🍕 when I told them I don't want olives

There was no enough tomato sauce on the pizza. It was like cheese only or something. I wouldn’t order from here again.

Chips were not too great. Hard. and too crispy.

Food was good but service was awful. A simple mistake was made where the driver was given a old pound coin, he returned to the shop and we received the most abusive disgusting phone call from the owner. We will never use this company again totally unacceptable

The wings are tasteless please do something about the recipe as they are definitely NOT spicy hot wings! Such a shame.

For the second time received chicken nuggets when we had ordered chicken strips.

we ordered the family chicken bucket thing on arrival the driver was great confirming who I was that had ordered the food! when we opened the food it was in boxes which was fine , but on first taste it was awful bland and disgusting!! have had to literally throw it away !!! the chicken actually tasted and smelled and looked old not fresh at all . just eat have been great and tried to get me a refund but to no avail, still we will never order from this restaurant again ..

Pay for 1.5 L cola and get 1.25 L. Last time

Delivery guy was child friendly said hello to my kids had a smile on his face which was lovely to see food delivered early food was delicious and hot would definetly recommend eating from here wasnt greasy like most pizza places would definetly eat from here again excellent service

Really nice food but I was a little disappointed with the chicken burger as it arrived with mayo and salad which wasn’t in the description and unfortunately it lead to me not eating it but my partner definitely benefited from it! haha

The food was tasty, but it was warm. And the driver who delivered my food was either miserable or just rude! No hello, no smile, no normal friendly human behaviour!

the Hot Wings were not hot at all, soggy and very oily, pizza was over cooked almost burned. very unhappy ...

we ordered a box of 10 spicy chicken wings and when the order came the box was a random assortment of dried out pieces of chicken that looked like they had been in the fryer for hours, they were so dry they were inedible. Very disappointing. Pizza was nice but expensive

Food arrived within the specified time, though it did take over an hour and half for delivery. Pizza was cold and Burger was sloppy; salad and sauce everywhere, bun squashed. Called the shop, person on call was rude and passive aggressive. implicitly accusing me of lying and denying any fault with the food. the man on the food was extremely rude and had very very bad customer service. he did not care about my issue. I recommend no-one visit this place. Food and Service are both ridiculously abysmal. Save your time and money.

I have cancelled this order with the restaurant as I could not cancel it online so please do not charge them for the food. Many thanks

Pizza, OK. However, the chicken and the ribs have clearly been drying out in the warming oven for the entire day. Disgusting. Dry as a bone. Like eating a sawdust and cardboard. Inedible in other words. How rude to deliver such poor quality food, and charge me for it. It's not worth fighting over because of the time it would take, but I will not be ordering from Tops Express Pizza ever again. Disgusting.

I enjoy the food everytime. But I ordered 6 piece meal and only received 5 pieces.

Dishonest... should have read previous reviews... Ordered a pizza and it's name is maybe a bit similar to pepperoni but the thing is that it is completely different.. received pepperoni pizza and called staff to say I got the wrong pizza.. with my app opened on my order I checked I did not order pepperoni and even the staff said they had pepperoni on their system... will contact just eat and let them know as if the order I put and the order they got it's different... then there is something wrong on the system... Really bad costumer service

Food arrived late, pizza was like warm and garlic bread was soggy as it had obviously been in the bag a while. pretty sure this is due to Just Eat ruder availability rather than the restaurant as normally happy with the quality, but it ruined my meal none the less.

Kinda a mixed bag here. The pizza was tasty. Not quite worth the price and very very light on the toppings, but tasty. The chips I ordered with my burgers were cold. And the fish burger I ordered magically turned into a veggie burger. But the chicken burger was pretty good at least. I just wish I ordered elsewhere to be honest. Shame, because I've had amazing food from Tops before.

Worst experience ordering food. Waited for an hour before calling to see for an update when the manager told me they already delivered to us when in fact they had NOT. Spent 10 minutes talking/arguing with manager telling him we did not get our food when he said he'll send the driver to our house again to show us that he did in fact deliver. Driver showed up and said he delivered here blatantly lying in my face. Told him he didn't as i have been home this whole time and eventually he called back his manager and said he must've made a mistake and will have to go all the way back and get our food. By now its already 2 hours late and the food then shows up by the same driver 15 minutes late with an apology. Im not angry at the mistake but the wasting of time and blatantly lying about having delivered the food. Will not be ordering from here again.

The delivery man thought it was appropriate to stuff the receipt behind the drainpipe by the front door. I literally have him the money in his hand. Don't be leaving pieces of paper with my name address and phone number out in the street. Absolutely disgraceful regard for customer privacy.

Everything was so burnt that the flavor was horrible & it could not be chewed at all. This food should not have been served let alone sold. Terrible no excuses!

Somos un grupo de estudiantes y necesitaba 50 pizzas para un evento. Fui a muchas tiendas locales de pizza y ninguno comparado con el servicio y el precio que recibí desde aquí. La comida también era delicioso y listo a tiempo. Sin duda se merece las 5 estrellas chicos :D

Food was good. Chicken burger is too small for the price, looks more like a kids size burger. Delivery time was good but they forgot my coke.

Always lovely made pizzas - however I ordered a deep pan pizza only to be delivered a thin pan. When I called the shop the guy started arguing back saying he's the one who made the pizza and it looks thin because it was made using fresh dough. After a little bit of an argument he FINALLY agreed to send a DEEP pan :)

Don't know what happened to this place usually order from here and the pizza & rest of food really good this time tho pizza had hardly any toppings and chicken nuggets under cooked to the point meat was gooey not happy at all !
