Koi Ramen Bar in Wandsworth

Terrific food. Best gyoza (tofu) I've ever had. So tasty. The tofu soup-less ramen bowl was great too if a little salty. I'm definitely coming back. Best Japanese food I've had in London.

We popped in here for an unplanned lunch and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The tonkotsu was absolutely delicious and really warming on a cold and rainy day. We were lucky to get seats right in the corner, where we could see the chefs at work and because we could see less of Tooting Market, it felt like being transported to Japan, quite amazing. We washed this down with an Asahi beer and it was all round an excellent experience.

I always grab a veggie miso ramen at Koi when I'm in Tooting. I have been coming here for years and I'm always impressed at how they produce great food from their extremely cosy kitchen. Looking forward to my next visit, as always.

Ordered the pure white Tonkatsu- Very nice both- ingredients: noodles, a Slice of pork , spring onion. Nice dish for winter, filling. The slice or Pork could be larger/ thicker. There is a lunch discount. Efficient service.

Ordered their ramen a few times via Deliveroo — really good. Comes well-packaged. Very friendly and helpful customer support over the phone.

I’m eating there from time to time and always I’m feeling relaxed after. This is not a cheap place, especially when you are ordering extra ingredients but adequate for the value. Once I brought my friend who was in Japan few months and he said the ramen tasting almost similar. Unfortunately, at the moment only I can enjoy take away option due the current global COVID-19 pandemic.

Genuinely gutted to write this but only doing so in the hope that management listen. We used to love it, we craved it in fact and was a treat every few weeks. We had a bad experience previously and chalked it up to a mistake but the last 3 out of 4 times we have ordered from here it's been bad and the most recent was the worst. Don't bother ordering extra pork, you don't get it. In fact today my wife got no pork at all. The broth was watered down and thin, only shiitake mushrooms and absolutely nothing else and it tasted of nothing to boot. We've experienced such great food here before, and are real supporters of the market but will not use it again I'm afraid. Please for the sake of future customers learn to be consistent and if you can't provide a good product for any reason don't accept the order and do your customers a favour.

Best ramen I have had in London. I had the soy-based ramen with pork and an extra egg, along with chicken gyoza. The broth was delicious and the noodles had a great texture to them. The pork was tasty and I wish I had added extra. Will definitely be returning and trying the other two types of Ramen on the menu

It locates such a lively market in Tooting. We ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and Chicken and Pork Damplings. They came out so quickly and no time to be wasted. The ramen is so tasty and reminds me of Japan where I grew up with lots of tasty food. Damplings are also great. The price range is reasonable and atmosphere in the market is uplifting. I really had a lovely night. I am sure I will come back!

Went to tooting market yesterday afternoon as we normally do every week.....we use to eat here regularly but the last 2 times have been terrible......the lady couldn’t care less who was waiting,how long you’ve been waiting,over charged the couple in front of us for 14 beers and when they checked their phone and realised.....she was unapologetic to say the least....the co work was on his phone laughing and couldn’t care less...... water was running from under the counter door and when he was told,he shrugged his shoulders. At this point we decided that was that And walked round the corner to boom burger.......what a great choice.....so many over great places in the market......great shame Because this use to be such a great place 😕

I love this place - have been plenty of times and never disappointed. Always worth a visit here. Their gyozas are just as tasty as well if you'd like something else on the side.
