Wagamama - Victoria in Wandsworth

Extremely friendly staff. Have not experienced such a good customer treatment in ages. Well worth the visit.

I ordered a 'Positive' green juice and a chicken katsu curry, and both were surprisingly good. There is always one thing that lets Wagamama down, but this time, the katsu tasted really good and like it was properly cooked. The service was pleasant and it wasn't particularly busy so the atmosphere was lovely. An all-round five-star rating.

I don't like sitting on a hard bench but it was too windy to sit outside. The pace was noisy and crowded on a Saturday at lunchtime. The food is very fresh and tasty but so overpriced! I know eating b out has become expensive but a simple bowl of rice with rocket and grated carrot, 4 little dumplings, a tea and a coffee cost £37 including a tip? Who are all these people who can pay so much for a light lunch?

Service was very good and food came out pretty quickly. Was in a pretty nice location and easy to get to from the hotel we were staying in. Good for stopping off for a nice meal when travelling.

Kare Burosu Ramen... 95% of noodles and were broken. Absolutely tasteless. It's the chef? Manager decisions? Dearth? Trump insane revolution? What's that?

The quality of food does not deserve its price. I would happily pay 50% of what I paid for my food. Paying doesn't proceed technically when writing down 0 on the tip section. So I had to pay tip even though I didn't need to.

Came here on a Friday night and got a table. The staff were so friendly here and very kind! We go to Wagamama a lot and really like it for the fact they are all excellent when it comes to allergies. The manager always comes to take the allergen orders to make sure everything is okay. Can’t beat this service! Food is delicious- this is a good one to come too!

The food was tasty, served quickly, the service was nice but mechanical, I think it was also due to the large number of people and the rush, which is why I gave it a lower rating. I had the impression that the service wanted me to finish quickly and leave, which is not good for the nice atmosphere. I didn't want to spend the whole afternoon there, but to eat in peace and not feel pressured.

El peor servicio al cliente que he visto en el Reino Unido hasta ahora. Entiendo que el servicio de atención al cliente no existe en el Reino Unido -especialmente en Londres- en comparación con SE Asia, pero esto era en general a otro nivel. Tuve el cumpleaños de mi esposa con 15 personas, cada vez que los llamé dijeron que no tienen reserva pero puedo aparecer antes y se asegurarán de que tengo una mesa en la noche. Apareció 1. 5 horas antes, la señora de la entrada reaccionó muy grosera, dijo "no hay tal cosa como asegurar que obtendrá una mesa aquí". Además, comí un pastel con velas y dijeron que no pueden servirlo y solo me pueden dar un encendedor para encender velas! Me dirijo a casa de Bill en su lugar, me recibieron con una gran sonrisa, me reservaron para 15 minutos más tarde de lo que esperaba y también felizmente dijo que hará la torta y vela sirviendo para mí. Qué lástima, en el sudeste asiático pagas entre 10 y 20 veces menos y te tratarán como a un rey como cliente, y en algunos lugares aquí en Londres te tratan como si los estuvieras molestando!

Excellent customer service and quick service time on food. 5 stars!

The worst customer service I have ever seen in the UK so far. I understand that customer service does not exist in the UK - particularly London - as compared to SE Asia, but this was on whole another level. I had my wife's birthday with 15 people, every time I called them they said they dont have reservation but I can show up earlier and they will ensure I have a table on the night. Showed up 1.5 hour earlier, the lady at entrance reacted very rude, said "there is no shch thing as ensuring you will get a table here". Also, I had a cake with candles and they said they can't serve it and can only give me a lighter to turn on candles!!! I head down to Bill's instead, they welcomed me with a big smile, booked me for 15 min later than I was expecting and also happily said will do the cake and candle serving for me. Such a shame, in Southeast Asia you pay 10 - 20 times less and will be treated like a king as a customer, and some places here in London you are treated like you are disturbing them!

Wowww. Food was so delicious!!! Very tasty tama squid and shirodashi ramen! Also very good service provided by Fabio. He help me out regarding the chilli on certain dishes and also make sure I had no allergies! Was a brilliant service!! 10 starts!!

Estaba muy contento de encontrar un lugar con un menú separado sin gluten. El gerente vino y tomó nuestro pedido y se aseguró de que mi comida se preparó por separado. Estaba muy impresionado con el cuidado que el personal tuvo. Realmente deberían aprovechar más este servicio. Cuando busqué restaurantes GF en Victoria Wagamama no se mostró. También ofrecen un buen menú infantil, por lo que toda la familia está atendida. Además, la comida es sabrosa y se sirve caliente. Los camareros eran muy amables. Gracias a todos los involucrados. Definitivamente volveré.

It's a quick and easy Japanese food option. The broth is hot and easy to eat, and the flavor isn't too strong. However, the deep-fried duck or chicken (I'm not sure which) was a bit too oily for me😅

First we was created with lovely staff but when the food came out the prawn and chicken teriyaki soba had 1 prawn and the rest chicken, and the meal tasted of nothing and was also luke warm, when the chicken soba came out the meal was stone cold and when I asked for it to get changed the chefs gave me dirty looks and clearly chucked the food in the pan until half my noodles was crisp and the other half was mush and it was steaming hot, we spent around £50 for inedible food. It has ruined Wagamamas for the both of us

Had an early lunch here and had a lovely experience being served by Edgar. Absolutely recommend. Try the gochujang rice bowl!

Wagamama Victoria serves good food with flavors that satisfy, but the service could use some improvement. While efficient, the service felt a bit impersonal and could benefit from a warmer, more attentive touch. Overall, worth a visit for the food, but I hope to see a more welcoming service experience next time.

Der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet, sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Essen war super lecker und eine tolle Auswahl. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder da und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Freundin war gleich mehrmals innerhalb weniger Tage dort. Es gab auch Ausmalbilder für die Kinder. Alles bestens!

I just ate at Wagamama, and it was a great experience! The service was super fast, which is always nice when you're hungry. I ordered the tempura, and they were crispy and delicious, perfectly accompanied by their sauce. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dynamic and welcoming, ideal for enjoying tasty Japanese dishes. The noodles and other specialties on the menu looked equally tempting. If you're looking for a quick and delicious meal, I highly recommend Wagamama!

Place was tidy and not busy for 2pm on a Monday when we've visited. Food was good, nicely prepared and very much everything the same as in other Wagamama restaurants. Staff were polite, friendly and approachable. Toilets were clean at the time. Place itself was tidy and not rundown, with many tables being available both inside and outside, quite spaceous. Outside seating are has heating lamps installed, making it quite cosy to sit outside even in colder autumn days. Price is of course the same as everywhere else and I was able to use my Wagamama app to pay.

Although it’s not a top restaurant, we always enjoy the food here.

My first time at this amazing restaurant. I had silken tofu gochujang rice bowl. The flavours were out of this world. Vibrant colours. Really tasty. Roxy was such a wonderful, attentive and welcoming member of staff. She made the dining experience extra special.

Lovely atmosphere! Popping in whilst waiting for transport home with luggage. Such helpful and kind and friendly staff. Had Fabio serve us and honestly such a wonderful service and lovely person. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Talked us through the menu and explained everything. Definitely would recommend! :)

Fue a la hora de la cena principal (6 pm) y se sentó en cuestión de minutos. Ed, nuestro servidor, era excepcional. Conocía el menú, tenía sugerencias para ofrecer, muy eficiente con su servicio y atención al detalle. Los tamaños de las porciones son buenos y los precios razonables. Las bebidas y los alimentos llegaron oportunamente. Asientos de estilo familiar para que puedan acomodar fiestas de 2 hasta 20 en una mesa si es necesario. 2a vez en Londres pero 3a vez en Wagamama es tan bueno.

Had the pleasure of having lunch here today and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, very flavorful and the portions were good. A particular thanks to the service provided by Valentina who was very attentive, friendly and really elevated our dining experience. Will definitely be returning and recommend this restaurant.

Wagamamas is Wagamamas, we love it always have, but have purely left this review for our waiter Ed who was absolutely fantastic super friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble! Thank you Ed for serving 3 extremely tired northerners with a smile on your face!

The welcome waitress was so friendly and attentive, another girl took our order also so friendly. The place it’s clean and it’s many people working so all was so fast , The food was delicious, ramen with belly pork and curry with chicken. For dessert a merengue cake super delicious too!! Don’t miss this restaurant! 100% recommend

Meeting up with friends of nearly 50 years, we needed somewhere central to Victoria Station and Wagamama's did not disappoint. We didn't have to wait and were seated quickly. Service (by Ian) was very prompt and courteous and our food arrived quickly. I had the Yaki soba yasai i mushroom with udon noodles, kimchee and a white chocolate and ginger cheesecake to finish! It was all good. Waga is a chain but I think the quality of the food they offer and the service they provide makes it one of the best. All very reasonably priced too.

Our first time there, but is a favorite of our traveling companion.

Stopped in here for lunch and honestly the brisket hot pot was a life experience. WOW. It paired perfectly with the Green Samurai cocktail. This place is killer. The menu had many items I wanted but I was forced to decide. While my choice was 10/10, I want to come back to try some of the other items. Staff was friendly. Kid friendly with chicken Katsu my two kids love. RECOMMENDED.

I have been a regular here for 8 years but past year it has declined. Can only put this down to staff who are rude and clearly need lessons in customer service. Food is ok, not a lot to write home about. Main factor here is uneducated staff. I'll never return.

The food was great, but the server was rude. He got the manager to help us because one of us had an allergy, and the manager was amazing! The server was totally clueless. Also, at the end when I left a tip he asked me in front of everyone "did you mean to leave that large of a tip".... How embarrassing for me and my group! He could have at least pulled me aside, rather than calling me out in front of everyone. The food was so amazing and we had so many things and shared them. Curry, skewers, soup, icecream, noodles...all had great flavor.

We have ordered ramen and it was worthless. The broth didn't taste like anything, it looked like water, the noodles weren't good at all and neither were the pieces of vegetables on top. The service and atmosphere were not bad, but the food was horrible and very expensive.

Wagamamas had a new summer menu which I had crispy shiitake mushrooms. It was so good! Exactly how I imagined it, the chefs kindly did not add anything spicy as it was deemed spicy on the menu. Will happily be back again

You can always rely on Wagamama and boy did they deliver! I had the new duck teppanyaki which tasted amazing. My partner is vegan and there are so many cool options to choose from! Our waitress Ana was so kind and helpful and made the whole experience ten times better. Would definitely come here again!

Had an awesome meal at Wagamama near Victoria Station. Started with Korean barbecue beef buns and sashimi salmon crispy otsumami—both were delicious. The Pork Belly Ramen was fantastic, rich in flavor and super satisfying. Drinks were on point too. The Green Samurai, a mix of beer, yuzu, and midori, was a standout—perfect for summer. Ginger no-jito was also refreshing. Overall, food was really good, just as you'd expect from Wagamama. Highly recommend!

We had very good experience of dining at the restaurant. We were two couples enjoying food, sitting outside the restaurant. The evening began with noodles - a delightful tease of the chef's knack for balancing flavours. The starters and main course were stunning and visually delicious. The service matched high quality of the food, staff (gentleman) was knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. The place and staffs, I recommend to anyone looking for a meal that satisfies the soul as much as it does the stomach.

The restaurant had lots of small flies, particularly one of the ladies toilets. Clearly needed deep cleaning. Couldn't pay by app as my table number was not written on the menu. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

I am not a regular wagamama customer but it might be changed. I was positively surprised with perfect service and food. I ordered Chicken Katsu Curry with crispy deep fried chicken slices. Also very delicious Skewer Lollipop Ramen Wagamama Prawns landed on my table, And a bottle of cold Asahi.

We had starters and main course. All amazing. And I don't mind saying it was the best meal I have had at Wagamamas for some years. Lime chilli dipping sauce. Excellent. Please can we have the recipe?! I was being taken out for a treat. So can't comment on the prices. Yes I would recommend thoroughly.
